“Ordered two Lego sets costing around in total £287 when I received them the boxes were in such a state it was as if someone had been playing football with them so sent the order back and still waiting on a refund”

“I bought a trampoline for my sons birthday opened it the night before to find it’s cable was snapped and the bars seemed bent instructions were missing step 2-6 and now I’ve sent 5 emails and not had one reply as to make a return terrible”

Hi Catriona, I do apologise that you have received a faulty item, I have passed this on to our customer service team and someone will contact you regarding a refund or a replacement. We also apologise for the delay in getting back to you, when you contact us you will receive an automated message advising that we currently have a 24hr turn around for response times, and each new message sent will be put as a new request in the queue, this has now been looked at by our IT team and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. “Cannot fault the service or quality. Daughter saw the gruffalo toy at twycross zoo for extortionate amount, well there I ordered off bargainmax it was delivered a few days later so happy daughter and now happy mummy !”

“Unfortunately, placed an order on 24/07/22 for two toys, received one of them and still have not received the other. I have not been contacted or notified of any issues. Spoke to customer services today who will now send another one out, lets hope it arrives as my little girl has been quite upset.”

“Not used the website before but was drawn to the competitive pricing. Delivery was quick and tracked but the item was not in the original packaging. It was a gift for my son so he was a little confused but generally he didn't care once the gun was loaded and he was firing at me at will!”

“Though price was okay, customer service was terrible and would take ages to get back to you and my package was lost for over a week and they didn’t even do what they said they’d do *shrug* They also didn’t apologise, it was glazed over and sort of ignored. This could be a great company if they had better customer service and easier ways to contact e.g whatsapp business or via phone”

“Product Description and Appearance spot on. Price was lower on BargainMax than any other, My little girl loves it, she’s a toddler who’s always depended on her pacifier to get to sleep but this made a difference now she’ll just snuggle it and go to sleep without a problem and without a pacifier too. BUT … to be paying around £30 for a child’s product which requires batteries to work , it would be standard to provide batteries.”
