“Sorry, but I ordered with guaranteed Xmas delivery..and my order didn't turn up til the 27th... The items ordered were for friends that were visiting me for Xmas...and have now returned to ITALY without gifts, meaning that I now have to pay extra postage etc to get them delivered in ITALY!! Very very disappointing...”

“Took forever to arrived, certainly NOT the 10 dats they quoted. Just squeezed in before Christmas, when i had the go out and but a backup. Then a size 6xl would have fit a large (great christmas present NOT!) And just wrapped in a plastic bag... Did get a reply from customer service but very slow. Guessing I'm going to have to pay to return too!”

“I'd seen the item I needed sold for about £70 online, I was rather worried santa wouldn't be able to deliver his promise to my little girl..... thank goodness I found bargainmax! £20 for the item I needed, arrived efficiently, perfect condition too! “I did not get my packages, the post man left 3 big box’s out on my door step when nobody was home, absolutely ridiculous all just before Christmas ihave messaged and direct messaged via instagram and still yet nobody has replied to me. “Bought as an Xmas present for my granddaughter. When she opened it on Xmas day all of the instructions were in Chinese! Had to go online to try and find some instructions in English.”
