Such an ease of navigation of thier website. Ease to order and payment types available. We were kept informed from the initial order to the actual delivery, which was without doubt very quick indeed. One item appeared to have had a label removed from the packaging, this was evident by cardboard having had the outer layer removed, but rest of packaging appeared to be fine, there was also part of another label stuck beneath our address label. One end appeared to have been re-taped also. On opening one package all was OK, second was not, it looked as though somebody had repackaged and returned, but to be honest with a quick check glance this could have been missed, the items required removing from the box to actually see they had been rebagged. Items are damaged though. Very quick response from Bargainmax. So excellent customer service.

I had never heard of Bargain Max before so I wasn't sure whether to order anything. I was looking for a doll that was out of stock everywhere, found it on Bargain Max for a great price and they also sent me a code for 10% off my first order. Delivery was fast and free and good communication throughout. My daughter is very pleased, would definitely use again in the future ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have ordered a few times now and never had a problem. Great prices and quick dispatch, fast delivery via Evri (although that might be due to our local Evri driver having been coming here for years!)

Avoid!!! Do not use these, ordered a bike and it was 3 weeks late coming, couldn’t get hold of anyone so went to the wear house myself and spoke to someone, they sent a new one out the next day. The bike come and the box was battered with holes in it, Bike was damaged and parts missing! Would never use again

It is terible ordered 3 items december 14th 2023 still not recived it last update we was given was be delivered on 20th december but still not recived. And it is not easy to contact to ask for support terible company do not use.

Honestly didn't expect much due to the reviews, but I'm glad I used my own judgement and went for it. Didn't have a big order as I wanted to try before spending loads. But I brought two items for my daughters birthday, one being a disney product and other a barbie product, it cost just under £30 but the items elsewhere would have cost just over £85. So by using bargain max, I've saved roughly £55. I ordered on the 5th of Jan 23 and they were delivered this morning, the 7th of Jan. 2 days is all it took. Plus free delivery, it's pretty epic. Absolutely no complaints from me. I would definitely recommend.

Be very careful with this company. We were buying a Huffy 12" Pro Thunder Yellow for our Grandson's Christmas present. We ordered it on the 6th December with an expected arrival by 12/13 December. The parcel arrived on the 14th December but when I opened the package on the 15th I found they had sent the wrong item, a Green Machine Drift Trike. I immediately tried all day to ring customer services, only to find that the phone does not lead anywhere & the only contact is through email. Fine, I sent an email with a picture to Support on 15th, requesting the correct item be sent & I would return the item delivered in error, to which I received an automated reply saying they would be in touch within 3 working days. Having heard nothing by the 18th we decided to buy elsewhere in order to get by Christmas. (The learning Centre achieved this for us). So I tried to return by Evri, their preferred courier, but they would not accept parcels over 15kg, so I went with ParcelForce. On 20th I received an email from Ebonie, customer Services, asking if it had now been returned, my reply was it was being picked up on 21st with 48hr delivery. On 21st she emailed requesting the returns tracking number, which I did. On 28th she emailed saying she could not track it so I sent the Delivery History showing itvDelivered with proof on the 23rd. The on 30th she emailed asking for my full name, Post Code & Order Number? This was in the Subject on every email I night add, but I did it. On 2nd Jan I emailed her to say I had received the refund for the wrongly delivered item but not the postage. Since then we have had a number of emails where they are refusing to refund the postage which I find unacceptable, as it was their error & if we were able to get into contact by phone, or by email more promptly, they could have directed me to the way they wanted to deal with the situation. Ebonie said nothing about who to use until in an email on 5th January. My advice to future customers is - Do not expect to be able to get through to anyone on the phone & do not rush to send anything back before you check with them. Hindsight is 20/20 vision!

Hi Terry, Thank you for your feedback, I can see you did receive the automated message which states due to the busy time period we aimed to respond in 3 working days. We did respond within this time frame as we responded back to you on the 20th but at this stage, you had already stated you had returned the item back to us. As you received the wrong item we could have issued a free return for you but as you had already returned the item and the payment had already been made to a different company we were not able to refund this. We are unable to issue a refund on payments made to separate companies. Thank you, Bargain Max

Very happy with service from BargainMax. Sadly a Christmas morning toy was faulty. (Manufacturer’s fault ,not the store’s. ) BargainMax were very helpful and have refunded my money. Obviously will shop there again in the future.

Ordered gifts for my kids for Xmas.had 3 parcels 2 of them had Wright order in 3rd parcel had sumbody else's order and I missing a malibu dolls house the one toy my daughter wanted .After multiple messages and sending proof they ask for my order number so send it out.then get message of them saying you received 3 parcels..ya customer service needs retraining,or they can't be arsed read my emails that states I got wrong order n paying for something I haven't received.jokers

I recently wrote a review regarding non-delivery of my great granddaughter's 2 in 1 swing. When I placed the order on 27th November 2022, the reviews at the time seemed to indicate a good, reliable supplier with fast delivery. Order #2000725185 I am amazed that a senior manager from BargainMAX has not done something about EVRI's poor performance which is losing BargainMax a lot of potential and repeat customer business. Not to mention the many very disappointed customers who are still waiting for Christmas presents to be delivered. As requested in my previous review, please chase our order and get the item delivered ASAP, so we can give our great granddaughter her Christmas present. Thank you.

My wife placed an order with you for a Christmas present for our great granddaughter (2 in 1 swing) on 27th November 2022. We still have not received this parcel (1st January 2023) ...... despite Evri informing us it was on route early in December. Very disappointing ! I've been really happy with my experience ordering from BargainMax. I've ordered 3 times, items came in good condition but I cannot comment on anything missing inside because they're dolls I bought for future gifts. Delivery times can be inaccurate but it depends on how long they take to dispatch from warehouse, because it can take days. Evri is the courier and I've had no issues because it's the same delivery guy every time. Overall, it's a legitimate retailer and I'd recommend buying from here because prices and stock availability are better than everywhere else, but from reading the other reviews, make sure you order well in advance

Parcel arrived in time, ordered a scooter for my daughters Christmas present the only thing she really wanted, all wrapped up opened the box Christmas Day to find no handle bars 🤷🏼‍♀️ So my daughter was devastated as her sisters scooter was fine we had to take her out and used it like a skate board bargain max asked for photos which I sent and obv it had been used and now they want me to send it back for investigation I obv haven’t kept it and got her a new one no response from customer service and the scooter is no longer stocked all I want is my money back but so far nothing it’s disgusting

Absolutely disappointing. I placed the order on December 12 and was told the parcel was dispatched on December 16. It's for my daughter's gift. Up until now, it's still not arrived, but money has been deducted.

Placed order on 10th Dec for all my daughters presents and they told me they would be here for Christmas but only 1 item arrived and don't know where the rest went. Absolutely shocking think alot of people had this happen
