Hi I can see that our delivery arrived 5 days after order taken , with standard delivery which is the option currently, I understand that this is at the end of that time frame and apologise if you think we have not given enough information at point of purchase and I will review fully so thank you for your feedback. “Got no emails to confirm my orders, tried and tried to reset my password but would never send the link to reset it then kept saying I tried too many times so had to wait. Now I don’t know when it’s getting delivered if it is going to be so I’m none the wiser”

“I ordered 5 items and only received 3. Tried to contact bargain max through email and tried to find a contact number? But can’t seem to find anything or not answering my emails. Very disappointed”

Hi Your order is in two deliveries they tried on Friday the 29/10 to deliver but were unable to do so we have emailed over to you the tracking so you can see where the order is . Unfortunately we are not available to answer emails on Saturdays but have replied this morning Monday the 01/11. Many thanks Bargain Max.

“I ordered an item no problem and came quickly but wanted to return it so filled in form on website last week and heard nothing. Sent another form today but no confirmation email received so not good when it comes to being able to contact company”

“Was very worried as never heard of BargainMax before. Thought i would give it a try and so glad I did. Product I ordered was much cheaper than elsewhere, ordering was easy, delivered promptly and packaged well. Definitely be ordering from BargainMax again.
