“Decent delivery time, no where near as bad as other reviews state, although, there wasn't much protecting the toys and the display boxes got a bit dented & also got slashed/cut when I was cutting the tape on the delivery box which is a shame. wish there was at least a layer of bubble wrap protecting them so they aren't so liable to get damaged on opening so easily.”

“Bargain max themselves were great. Competitively priced and goods were sent out quickly. Unfortunately their use of hermes is letting them down. Hermes took 5 days to acknowledge they had my package and then promptly delivered it to another address on the estate. The incorrect number on the door should have been a big giveaway. On opening dispute with hermes they said their driver couldnt remember so they were closing the issue! Thankfully the person noticed and hand delivered it to me. Sadly because of this i'll hesitate to use bargain max again.”

“Great little online toy store, could do with a few more options (Disney, 0-6m toys and older kids toys maybe even an electric department) The reason it’s only got three stars is because of the lack of choice and the delivery packaging had several orders come and toy boxes are damaged. And on the plus side on the run up to Christmas klarna as a payment option is great, but it has its limits so maybe add another like clearpay or Laybuy.”

“I purchased a baby advent calendar great quality for the money. Pity the delivery company used left the parcel out in the rain at some point prior to delivery to my house as the package was wet and damaged. Didn't get chance to return the product within the timescale due to work commitments.”

“Quick delivery and easy online store. However, toy arrived not working as one of the batteries had leaked inside. Luckily I was able to clean and replace batteries to get it working again, otherwise I would have had a very disappointed birthday boy.”
