“Great website and easy to purchase. Customer service is extremely difficult to get in contact with and using Hermes as a courier is disappointing I have emailed and tried to call with no success and I’m trying to locate 3 missing parcels! With no help”

“I was disappointed to be honest because the item I purchased was a surprise anniversary gift for my partner but the box it was delivered in wasn't packaged well and the item fell out when my partner accepted delivery meaning he saw what it was, thus spoiling the surprise.”

“The trains I ordered were in an open packet. So they were not suitable for a gift. No reply from the company. If they had responded I would have given them higher... Not sure id use again knowing if there's a fault it won't be addressed.”

“Stress from start to finish , cancelled items yet still took money for others even though i told them before despatch to cancel rest of order , expected me to sort decline of delivery but i wasnt in and was given to neighbour then expected me to sort return - finally was refunded after how long of emailing and stress not a good expirience”

“I have been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks it was delivered to Hemmes on May 11 and still has not been delayed.Can not get to speak to anyone at Hemmes as it's automated recording.So my gran kids very disappointed.”

“Bargain Max needs to change its courier. This is the second time I’ve had to wait ages for an item, due to the fact Hermes is so abominably slow. Even allowing for a delay during the Coronavirus pandemic the poor service was unacceptable.”

“Had a discount code as had subscribed to news letters but couldn’t find where to apply it on order form. Had 2 items in my basket, (Medium and large butterfly insect lores) and when came to pay with no code, the smaller item had sold out, so had to buy 2 of the larger sizes instead. Contacted customer service, re no discount and having to increase spend, but no co-operation for situation. Order arrived promptly, but very disappointed with ordering service”

“The item I purchased was lucky not to be broken as it had only one thin layer of bubble wrapped around the box! The box was smashed in on one corner.... so the item, which is a collectible, now has no resale value in the future! Great item at a great price.... sloppy delivery service though!”
