Payed for next day delivery yet my order could take another 48 hours so what did I pay extra for ?? Just hoping my items are what I expect after reading some of these reviews 🤦🏽‍♀️

I've spent ÂŁ2.50 the other day, I've no confirmation or anything it's his birthday on the 15th which is this Friday, please don't ruin his 3rd birthday, it said 2-3 days delivery, I've had nothing ,I'm so.worried thank you

I have been trying to contact this company from Monday 4th September 2023, no one is getting back to me either from emails or calls!! They sent me one of my parcels and still 8/9 items missing!!

Ordered from here with laybuy now laybuy has taken 2,payment’s still can’t see my order as they said something wrong with my email , then got a reply to say my order would be despatched still waiting !!!!!

WHO WRITES THESE REVIEWS????? ABSOULUTE RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY STILL OWE ME MONEY SAYING THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RETURN PROOF OF POSTAGE SENT I FOR ONE WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN IT IS NOW IN THE HANDS OF MY SOLICITOR

Dont buy Lego from these as they dont box the items and stick the labels on the actual items.THEY ALSO USE EVRI to deliver by far the worst delivery company in the world.The only positive was I was offered refund (But I had to send in pictures first)

Ordered a sandpit from here emailed to say the item is faulty. I did get a response asking for photos which I sent straight away and had no response since. I have sent numerous emails since and still getting no reply from them disgusting if you ask me when I paid for an item that's faulty and getting no reply off them

I received lol playhouse last Thursday which arrived badly damaged. So disappointed as it was main present for my daughters birthday. I have sent numerous emails,filled out online form and sent messages on facebook and been blanked on all platforms. I finally received an email ok tuesday from someone called Rebecca saying could have replacement or refund . I opted for replacement but still not heard a thing back . I now have a very upset 5 year old and the house sat in box in hallway doing nothing . I paid ÂŁ109.99 for this so as you can imagine I want this sorting promptly! Please can someone reply to my emails my order number is 2000907873.

Tried to contact online for support as Amazon put on my tracking information they sent it back to buyer as it was damaged in shipment. Received an email back to say I have received it but I havnt and my son is now without his birthday presents after spending nearly ÂŁ100.

Parcel missing cant get in touch with anyone says 1 working day? why need it sorting now not tomorrow. the carrier is useless evri wont help at all just give me a refund to much hassle

Communication totally unprofessional.. placed an order for a confirmation email, 4 days later still no tracking order email and no communication yet delivered was meant to be 2-4 days… still no idea what’s happening as no response from company, won’t be using them again

STAY CLEAR of this company. They don't answer any emails and they certainly don't answer any of their own cancellation forms. 2 days of sending several emails and forms to cancel,, no reply,, (item still not despatched) Day 3.... item despatched!!! Do yourself a favour and STEER CLEAR of this company!!

Discriminate who they give free delivery to. I live near Aberdeen and am being charged ÂŁ3.99 as the class this as rural! I had an ÂŁ80 basket.

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered an item and paid next day delivery which five days later the item still hasn’t been received. The lack of communication from this company is zero as they fail to answer emails. Beware before you order.

Ordered my child a bike and toy didn’t turn up so emailed to ask and was told evri have dumped it over my back gate however it is not there and this company are refusing to pay me back or send new item . Probably just a bad experience for me but I wouldn’t risk your items going missing and not getting a refund !!

Wouldn’t recommend. Ordered a slide on 30/4/23 and stil haven’t received it. Been emailing and not even had a response. This was my daughter birthday present for her birthday this Friday.

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago, it’s never arrived! Trying to speak to customer service is an absolute joke- they promised a call back a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. The order was for my sons birthday in 2 days time and it’s clearly not going to arrive in time … thanks for spoiling his 2nd birthday
