“Nice goods but the packaging has totally collapsed and been replaced by courier so the boxes were damaged and yours has fallen out into the mud… not the best!”

“Genuine toys new in box with fast delivery for excellent prices and much cheaper than amazon or other stores. Postage takes 2-3 days which was fine for us. Website browsing could be made better please”

“Ordered 7 days before my sons birthday and toy never arrived, followed tracking which basically kept saying it is coming oh no it's not oh yes it is. Eventually it sa8d contact bargain max so I did they offered me an exchange or refund but there was no time for an exchange to arrive . So I opted for a refund to try and get next day delivery elsewhere. The only place I could find it was amazon for 7 pounds more expensive. So purchased it as desperate only to look at the seller and see that it was BARGAIN MAX. Not impressed at all.”

“Ordered a mix pack of 8 items and was sent duplicates. I understand I couldn’t pick the ones I wanted but to be sent multiples was ridiculous. Customer services basically said tough luck and you can send back at your expense.”

We have openly advertised this product as the items are "randomly picked" by our warehouse team, so customers can be fully ware before committing to the purchase, this does increase the risk of duplicates that could be picked, especially if ordering in large numbers, and there is only a limited amount of characters, however, we have offered the return on the duplicates for you, if you are not happy with purchase.
