I wait for my little daughter present. You use evri to be delivered. Why?? Useless company. They can t deliver my parcel. They can t do it even to a drop point. Try to contact them and they charged me 6 pounds for a single call .this is ridiculous!! First time i bought for you. Very bad experience.

Customer service is ridiculous! My things been lost in transit and I have messaged 4 times. This was a Christmas gift that probably won’t be here on time now !!!

Ordered 20inch huffy antifreeze bike 12.12.22 came yesterday 19th so fast delivery but a toddlers bike huffy delirium 16 inch bike was in the box furiously an undertstament considering there is no way other than email to contact this company I have purchased before never had a problem u til now so my.son now has no bike and some other little boys has no bike 6 days before Xmas.

I'd put a 0 to be honest. I've tried calling you re a christmas present I ordered for my 6 year old grandson nearly 2.weeks.ago. it stated jt was with Evri but its been dispatched to me.from Evri on the 9th of December uet I.still.dont have ot. I have asked mymEvri guy and he's not had it. I have paid £70 odd for this and I don't have the goods. My.gramdson.will be really upset.

After purchasing Xmas presents and receiving them boxed up with flimsy cellotape it appears one item was missing. Completed a form on the website and not had a response or refund. Very disappointed.

I ordered christmas presents on the 14th of November which I haven't received. The help line is a voice mail to an email that keeps bouncing back to me. I have had to replace the presents in another shop so I am out of pocket twice.

21 days ago I placed an order. I Still haven't received my items I took into consideration the delays in postage however I did expect the items i ordered in November to arrive before Christmas. I'm getting nowhere with emails. The items have since disappeared from the website so they can't be replaced and without a refund I can't actually rebuy them. I'm absolutely gutted as they're the items off my daughters letter to santa.

Ordered 4 items on 20th November, received 1 item and am still waiting for the other 3, xmas is a week tomorrow and I need to take presents to grandchildren next week, not happy at all with the service.

If I could leave a zero star review I would , placed order 4th of December and waited to over a week to be told one of my items was out of stock . To them wait nearly another week to be told it looks like my other item is lost . How can I order he lost of it never left you ? No tracking was provided . I was told I’d receive a refund three days ago which I’m yet to receive .

I never ever write reviews but I wanted to for this site because they've honestly saved christmas and my sons birthday (10 days before) this year, we've struggled this year due to family issues so my son really deserves the world this time and without this site I couldn't have got even half of the things my son has asked for, let alone on time but it's always cheaper they always have what he's asked for or the closest thing to it and it always arrives so quickly. Best site out there if you have kids!

I have used this company before and never had any issues. However I now have 2 orders in the EVRI/Hermes parcel system one since 4/12 and the other since 21/11. The tracking has not updated. I have raised complaints via PayPal after no response from Bargain Max so hopefully I will get a refund at some point. Bargain Max please stop using this poor delivery company called Evri they are severely letting your business down- read you other reviews of late.

Placed order and only 1 shipment arrived: spent a week chasing it to be told it’s lost. Then told order would be dispatched that day and here within 72 hours. I am still awaiting confirmation and tracking numbers for them. No phone number to speak to a person just email with slow response. This was ordered in November to ensure Christmas delivery.

The telephone number does not work, ignoring emails. No dispatch after seven days, let alone delivery.
