“I ordered a few things a couple weeks ago and one of the orders got lost so had a full refund, I wanted to give bargain max another try so ordered again and all my items turned up 2 days before the time scale. I found them to be very helpful on the phone and I'm sure I'll have three happy kids for Christmas now.”

“I hadn't heard of bargain max before but came across it when comparing prices for a particular game I was after. I was very impressed with my bargains and the parcel came quickly and was well packed. However I had to knock a star off because one of the game boxes was tatty which was a shame as it was a gift.”

“Would usually give 5 stars for previous orders I’ve had from here, usually arrives within days no issues what’s so ever, but I’m still waiting on an order placed from the 2nd of December, I know the company has dispatched it to Hermes but Hermes has had it for almost 2 weeks and still haven’t delivered it which obviously isn’t bargain max fault, however I have tried to contact bargain max for nearly a week now to see if they could trace the items and have had no reply from them. I understand how busy they must be this time of year, but the items I have ordered are over £100 worth of Christmas presents for my children and I’m losing hope that they will arrive and with no money to replace them you can understand why I’m desperate for them to get in contact with me so that we can sort something out.”
