Unfortunately I can’t review this item because I didn’t actually receive it. It was sent to the wrong address, there was no way to contact the courier or to contact bargainmax to rearrange delivery. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my kids. This is the first and last time I order from bargain max

Took forever to arrived, certainly NOT the 10 dats they quoted. Just squeezed in before Christmas, when i had the go out and but a backup. Then a size 6xl would have fit a large (great christmas present NOT!) And just wrapped in a plastic bag... Did get a reply from customer service but very slow. Guessing I'm going to have to pay to return too!

I did not get my packages, the post man left 3 big box’s out on my door step when nobody was home, absolutely ridiculous all just before Christmas ihave messaged and direct messaged via instagram and still yet nobody has replied to me. If someone could email me back that would be much appreciated.

Although the delivery was on time for Christmas, the product was flimsy; constantly falling over when my daughter tried to put the play doh in the compartments. Waste of money unfortunately. Both times I've purchased from Bargain Max, the product quality is severely under par

Bought as an Xmas present for my granddaughter. When she opened it on Xmas day all of the instructions were in Chinese! Had to go online to try and find some instructions in English.

I ordered Wheel You Dare game and a Ghostbusters light saver on 9th December under 2-4 days delivery. On 11th December an email from you saying processed and being sent out. I have received NOTHING and no update from the courier company by 20th December and rang you and you are sending out replacement items. I HOPE THESE ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS UNDER YOUR SPEND £19.99 AND NEXT DAY DELIVERY? I am very disappointed as BargainMax have been good in the past

Order placed 2 weeks ago and still not recieved and no communication back even though it says it takes 1-2 working days for a response it is now over that period and still had no reply. Not happy so far and not confident my order will come before Christmas as the tracking is also blank! Rather disappointing as these are Christmas presents for my kids!
