“Ordered 7 days before my sons birthday and toy never arrived, followed tracking which basically kept saying it is coming oh no it's not oh yes it is. Eventually it sa8d contact bargain max so I did they offered me an exchange or refund but there was no time for an exchange to arrive . So I opted for a refund to try and get next day delivery elsewhere. The only place I could find it was amazon for 7 pounds more expensive. So purchased it as desperate only to look at the seller and see that it was BARGAIN MAX. Not impressed at all.”

As for the price on Amazon, we appreciate your interest in finding the best deals on our website and other platforms, however we have offers and promotions that we run on a regular basis, so if an item was £7.00 cheaper 7 days ago, this promotion could have ended, and is now showing the original price. “Ordered a mix pack of 8 items and was sent duplicates. I understand I couldn’t pick the ones I wanted but to be sent multiples was ridiculous. Customer services basically said tough luck and you can send back at your expense.”

Hello Natasha, Thanks for leaving us a review. We have openly advertised this product as the items are "randomly picked" by our warehouse team, so customers can be fully ware before committing to the purchase, this does increase the risk of duplicates that could be picked, especially if ordering in large numbers, and there is only a limited amount of characters, however, we have offered the return on the duplicates for you, if you are not happy with purchase.
