“Do not recommend still waiting on a £100 parcel I ordered on the 29th it’s now the 11th… was due to be delivered 7th and still nothing. Won’t let me contact yodel who has the parcel… and it’s my daughter main Xmas present.”

“I have placed an order with Bargain Max. Delivery was quick which was the only positive thing. My order arrived with half the items missing. I have contacted the customer service, the person on the phone was rude with lack of patience. I have a 2 years old at home and I needed for moments to sort my son while on the phone. I was told my order will be checked and I will get an email the same day. I did not receive any emails. I contacted customer service again and lady I spoke with was helpful. They couldn’t resend my itemising items which was a shame but they refunded me. I have placed another order with Bargain Max for the items I was missing from my first order. Order has been placed, paid for and I was waiting for delivery few days later I got an email saying that there was an error on the website and they are out of stock with the items I wanted. All in all terrible experience with nothing but hustle. Won’t be ordering from the website again”

“I should have had a delivery on friday 3rd December as they said it would be delivered between 11 and 2. This was a present for my granddaughter's birthday but did not receive it. On Monday after calling 3 different phone numbers I got a promise to say it will be delivered Tuesday and it was but too late for my granddaughter's birthday”

“Was recommended to BargainMax by a friend so i thought to give it a go. Toys are nice reasonable prices, was kept informed by seller on delivery and the courier was spot on too. Was really pleased from start to finish. Will definately be buying from them again.”
