Item ordered on 9th December still not delivered. Contacted customer service to chase up only to receive an email saying its been delivered when tracking clearly still states its been delayed!! Not at all happy! Very unlikely to purchace from this company again

Incomplete order delivered. Tracking information is out of date. It is so difficult to find contact details. Website for customer service is poor. 10% discount for new orders keeps popping-up. Unlikely to order again if initial order is not fulfilled.

IT WOULD BE FANTASTIC IF SOMEONE COULD ACTUALLY GET BACK TO ME...I'VE MESSAGED, EMAILED TRIED PHONING...SINCE MONDAY...NOTHING!! You've taken 3 payments for my order!! We are now going to have to wait and a lot of money to go without over Christmas!!! Can someone contact me!!! ASAP!!!

3 of my packages have been despatched. The 4th I’ve still had no update on. Tried contacting on various platforms. Evri is used to deliver so don’t suppose I’m going to get any of my little girls Christmas now, especially when one package hasn’t even been packed or despatched yet

BargainMax dispatched my order but Evri hadn't delivered. It was hard to contact Bargainmax however when I saw where the warehouse was I went there and can honestly say they were really helpful. They sorted me with my order straight away. Would recommend

So dissapointed placed an order On 8th dec to still no order arriving try to contact You on many occasions to no avail . All i have asked is to be refunded as now i will have to purchase elsewhere

I must admit I was skeptical buying from here because of the negative reviews but you’re going to get negative reviews on every website - I am absolutely chuffed that my order arrived even earlier than expected and I will definitely use bargainmax again thank you so much 🥰

Tried contacting you several times using several different platforms with no response. ordered over two weeks ago and no update for over a week! When looked at reason on delivery, it states courier was unable to get within geofence and is manifested for delivery, however same order placed a day later appeared straight away! Please can someone contact me with information about the missing order as I am going to have two very upset children!

Bargain max have saved Christmas!! I ordered my daughter main present on the 14th December (last minute I know😖) but it arrived today (20th December) and I couldn’t be happier. Was kept up to date with emails, and was able to get in touch if needed. Will definitely be using them in the future and will highly recommend. I was sceptical at first as there were so many mixed reviews but I suppose that’s always going to be the case with any company! Thank you so much Bargain max, I will have a very happy girl on Christmas morning😊😊

I wait for my little daughter present. You use evri to be delivered. Why?? Useless company. They can t deliver my parcel. They can t do it even to a drop point. Try to contact them and they charged me 6 pounds for a single call .this is ridiculous!! First time i bought for you. Very bad experience.

Customer service is ridiculous! My things been lost in transit and I have messaged 4 times. This was a Christmas gift that probably won’t be here on time now !!!

Ordered 20inch huffy antifreeze bike 12.12.22 came yesterday 19th so fast delivery but a toddlers bike huffy delirium 16 inch bike was in the box furiously an undertstament considering there is no way other than email to contact this company I have purchased before never had a problem u til now so my.son now has no bike and some other little boys has no bike 6 days before Xmas.

I'd put a 0 to be honest. I've tried calling you re a christmas present I ordered for my 6 year old grandson nearly 2.weeks.ago. it stated jt was with Evri but its been dispatched to me.from Evri on the 9th of December uet I.still.dont have ot. I have asked mymEvri guy and he's not had it. I have paid £70 odd for this and I don't have the goods. My.gramdson.will be really upset.

After purchasing Xmas presents and receiving them boxed up with flimsy cellotape it appears one item was missing. Completed a form on the website and not had a response or refund. Very disappointed.

I ordered christmas presents on the 14th of November which I haven't received. The help line is a voice mail to an email that keeps bouncing back to me. I have had to replace the presents in another shop so I am out of pocket twice.
