“The games I ordered haven't been played yet so I cant comment. Unfortunately the first 3 items never arrived. I contacted your help line. The lady I spoke to was helpful but one of the items was now unavailable. The other 2 were re ordered for me. Is this a fault with Hermes or do items normally go missing. I will order from you again and hope this was a one off problem”

“Derlivery was very quick and what I order was right only probly was I ordered on the 8th December thinking took money out as had emails it been dispatched and had been delivered but 23rd December they just taken money out leaving me short thinking it had already gone 😞😞”

“Not happy that there are cheap stickers in advent Calendar, I bought the toy story minis . And some days there’s a sticker ! This isn’t very good considering the cost I paid . :(”

“I was not happy at all with the delivery..I choose next day delivery and received it 3 days later. The frozen chest stationary set was poor quality and would not close properly. However the genie lamp was nice.”

“We brought the Harry Potter invisibility cloak. We have no idea how it works yet, as it just makes a huge blurred on the screen, rather disappointing and nothing in the paper work to explain that issue, it's been very stressful and gone back in the box. However, we did pay less here than we would elsewhere. In regards to delivery, well packed and informed of delivery process.”

“Parcel sent through Hermes, they delivered in a wrong address and put a black picture in the proof of delivery. A kind person foun the parcel somewhere and brought it here.”

“Everything good with one major exception-Why say the item has been despatched when the tracking company reported not receiving the package until a week later? Also trying to find a way of contacting you seemed impossible!!!”
