Ordered next delivery and it came over a week later very poor communication with the company disappointed as I spend over the required amount for next day delivery for my sons birthday which was 5 days after the parcel was due to arrive.

Ordered 4 eggs, 3 of the same, could have picked different rainbowcorns really, going to send 2 back. Would have be considerate to pick coloured eggs really.

Game came battered and smelling damp. Exterior box was fine so it can’t have happened in transit.

Delivered one full week after advertised delivery date on ordering. Using Royal Mail. Worst reliability for delivery . No tracking available until after the first delivery attempt. Difficult to contact to arrange a redelivery. No information re dispatching so who is at fault for poor delivery service is in question.

My order has still not arrived. I am anxious now that it won't be here on time for Christmas...despite me ordering it weeks ago. I will be very disappointed if this is the case as these were meant to be Christmas presents.

Let down by selecting a cheap, poor delivery company. Parcel was thrown over a neighbours locked gate. Arrived dented and wet because it was pouring hard with rain at the same time.

One order went great, second one they just decided to cancel without volunteering an explanation. When I questioned it they said that the offer price that I bought the item for had been incorrect, pretty disappointing; if you advertise for a certain price I think customers should expect to receive the item when they pay that price, but perhaps I'm old fashioned....

Part of the delivery box was destroyed. Damage to internal boxes and even plastic bags in them.

Good prices, due to phone error mess up on address asked to have it changed told it was already dispatched when it wasn't and to deal with Hermes 2 weeks later still trying to get parcel. Not great customer service

The product I received was fine, however I emailed to cancel the order withing plenty of time. I didn't receive any response despite contacting them 3 times. They still dispatched the item 3 days after my first email and never responded to me at all. So I'm now left with a duplicate present that would cost more to send back than its worth.

Great product at great prices. However I didn't get the introductory 5% off code. I also had to chase for the tracking information and the product arrived late. Very disappointed.

Basically had to go pick up my parcel they sent to wrong address (same street, different city) after a hour round trip, we’ve got it! Thankgod there are still honest people out there.. as advisor was no help!

Il mio ordine è arrivato in una scatola aperta e schiacciata. Dentro l'imballaggio dell'ordine era scarsissimo. Un regalo era aperto e dell'altro acquisto non saprò le condizioni fino al giorno di Natale quando sarà aperto. Per quanto può essere colpa del corriere, non ci sono scuse per l'imballaggio interno scarso.

I bought my grandson a toy for Christmas from BargainMax, due to this company having this item cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. I had no problems navigating the website, and this made ordering the toy quick and easy. I got an email letting me know that the order had been received and another to let me know that it had been despatched. However I was dismayed to note that BargainMax had despatched the parcel using Hermes, a carrier that I have had all sorts of problems with in the past (leaving parcels outside of my house, trying to redeliver parcels that I had refused delivery of, delivering parcels to neighbours when I was in the house, customer services that are truly abysmal etc. etc.). True to form Hermes did their usual truly awful delivery of the parcel. On the day that it was delivered I was up and about very early, and around mid morning decided to go out, so I went out into the porch to open the front door only to find that Hermes had left a card. Now I have both a working, very loud bell and a large brass door knocker, both of which I can hear from anywhere within my house, so it was obvious that the courier had made no attempt to try and get me to come to the front door to take delivery of the parcel. The card informed me that he had left the parcel by the side gate, which is in full view of the public footpath, so not secure. I went out to get the parcel and as it had been raining all morning the box was soaking. Luckily BargainMax had packed the toy really well, so the inner box that was surrounded by packing material was in good order. I contacted BargainMax immediately through their online form to tell them of the problem I had with the delivery, and they have not done me the good grace of replying to this information to at least apologise for their chosen courier's poor standards of customer service. If I knew that BargainMax would send out anything I ordered using a more reliable carrier, then I would use them again, but as they haven't replied to the information I sent them, then I would not order anything else from them.

Sorry about this but when i recieved my item the box around the nurf gun was very battered and i am giving it as a gift. I dont want to send it back just in case i cant get another one.
