“I received the doll today only to see that it is now £15 cheaper I am a bit disappointed otherwise happy”

“Order 12 items costing £343, only received 3 items today which total less than £100. No communication to say my order is being part delivered. The 3 items I did received were totally crushed because the packaging was inadequate. They were put in a flimsy box and I single cheap strip of cellotape which had completely come away leaving the box open as well as crushed. I dont blame the carrier as this packing was embarrassing and there is no way it could of got to me undamaged. I tried the online chat but that's a complete waste of time because it doesn't recognise my query. I sent an email but to be honest after reading the other horror story reviews about customers getting no deliveries for weeks I wont hold my breath. Was sceptical about this company before I ordered and that scepticism has been justified.”

“I ended up finding BargainMax while comparing prices on google for the play mobil dolls house, i was well chuffed to find it £5 cheaper and and extra 10% off aswell as free delivery, will now keep BargainMax in mind 👍”

“Bargain max are excellent for toys..the colleague I called today was polite.efficient and helpful.Hermes on the other hand..tut tut.completely ignored delivery instructions left my parcel in an unsafe place .communal flats hallway where anyone can help themselves to it..I specifically requested Hermes to come up flight of stairs and deliver..nope..they put it in the unsafe location..again..Hermes are shocking. Bargain Max amazing”

“Disappointed with Hermes leaving the parcel outside all day as I was at work instead of leaving it with a neighbour…again! Thankfully it didn’t rain or the items inside the box would have been ruined. Will avoid any company that use Hermes from now on.”

“Placed my first ever order with BargainMax which didn't arrive due to Hermes being an absolute nightmare. i called BargainMax and spoke to a lovely gentleman who couldn't be happier to help me. My order was resent out using yodel and received next day with no bother at all. Excellent service received. And have since placed another order 🙂 Happy with my purchase and the price! Unfortunately, we cannot control what a customer enters on the order at the checkout, if you enter the incorrect billing detail the order will not process and this is what you did on this occasion. So no funds are taken and no order has been placed ith ourselves. Many thanks, Customer Care.

“Absolutely fabulous toy shop. I have managed to get everything my kids have asked for each year from bargain max. Good prices and also delivered quickly.
