“Ordered 2 packs of 5 hex bugs, they arrived, we opened 5 of the 10 of them and my little boy loved playing with them. Unfortunately after about 2 hours they all stopped working (batteries run out). I emailed bargain max and had a reply the following day apologising and they sent out my order again on 24 hour delivery service. Couldn't fault the customer service 5* thank you.”

“Unfortunately my order that should have arrived 2 days ago now won’t arrive in time. So I’ve had to purchase the items elsewhere (birthday presents) and will be refusing the delivery if it ever turns up. Using Evri/Hermes as the courier has cost bargain max my order.”

“One of, if not the best online retailers in customer service bar none! Two of my items ordered from them came with quite bad manufacturing defects. After literally a 3 minute phone call and some images sent of the defects, they had two replacements dispatched to me on next day delivery! Not only this but they said to donate the defective items to a charity or something as they had no use for them! You just don’t get companies like this in this day and age! Genuinely amazing customer service and they will now be my go to for all items I look for in the future! Would rate them 6 stars out of 5 if I could!”

“I ordered a item for my daughters birthday with enough time for delivery everything was going smoothly until my order was supposed to be delivered but wasn’t and tracking wasn’t helpful at all. I first spoke to a lady who was patronising and rude, I asked for someone above her, for her to tell me there wasn’t anyone. After a few moments I was then put through to a gentleman who dealt with everything how he should with no attitude or patronisation. I was reassured my item would be there as it was at my local depo I’m glad I did worry and ordered from the entertainer. I was then told I could keep the item if it arrived which it did 2 weeks later. I’ll never buy from bargain max again. The stress wasn’t necessary along with the attitude from the First Lady I spoke to.”
