“The Octoray Octonauts toy was exactly as described. Poated within the time frame given. Yodel were awful and left my package out in the rain, but that is a courier issue.”

“Present of hot wheels cars arrived with box damaged. Couldn’t wait in for delivery driver as a working parent. Parties refund offered for gift unable to be used. No response from complaints team. Won’t order again.”

“My parcel arrived damaged. It's still under warranty but when I went to order a replacement item it directed me to a payment method. I've emailed the customer service team but yet to receive a response”
