Would usually give 5 stars for previous orders I’ve had from here, usually arrives within days no issues what’s so ever, but I’m still waiting on an order placed from the 2nd of December, I know the company has dispatched it to Hermes but Hermes has had it for almost 2 weeks and still haven’t delivered it which obviously isn’t bargain max fault, however I have tried to contact bargain max for nearly a week now to see if they could trace the items and have had no reply from them. I understand how busy they must be this time of year, but the items I have ordered are over £100 worth of Christmas presents for my children and I’m losing hope that they will arrive and with no money to replace them you can understand why I’m desperate for them to get in contact with me so that we can sort something out.

The item I have received was sent without the outer packaging - since it was a Christmas present this was disappointing. I am in contact with customer services at present to sort this issue out. The product was shown as having a box in the photos... but turned up just in the cardboard packaging... hard to know of anything is missing when the box is not sealed.

Delivery was on time a day later but not much hassle with that, but my order was wrong, i received the wrong item i needed for my sons xmas, instead i got something i would only give to a girl. Not happy. Have tried to contact with no luck. Have looked and there are no plain instructions on how to return. Money wasted.

Overall disappointing. Clayton did his best to sort out and we eventually received a product in good condition but not before we had called to advise of non receipt and once received to report damaged product which needed to be replaced

Hi I can see that our delivery arrived 5 days after order taken , with standard delivery which is the option currently, I understand that this is at the end of that time frame and apologise if you think we have not given enough information at point of purchase and I will review fully so thank you for your feedback. Since the website was updated I can't log into my account..it says my item was delivered but it hasn't been Before the website was update I could log in and track my package,but I can't anymore

Prompt delivery but Paw Patrol car very flimsy and fell apart. I managed to put it back together but disappointed in quality.

Board game box arrived damaged. It was obviously damaged prior to shipping bc the carboard shipping box had no damage. Someone knowingly shipped our boardgame with this issue. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because it was half the price and all the game pieces were there so it was playable. If this had been for a children's toy it wouldn't have been a big deal as usually the boxes go in the bin anyway, but for a boardgame where you keep the box -- would not recommend. You get what you pay for, essentially.

Bought a LOL LED watch for my daughters birthday but it will not turn on. Have enquired about refund but I need to print out label. I have no printer and my local libraries are closed. Any advice please?

Paid for next day delivery, really didn't expect it until either Sunday or Monday but it was a lot longer than that. Extra paid not paid back into my account. Disappointed
