“Shipping wasn't as long as I thought it was gunna be. Just one item I thought was gunna be a lot bigger but was really small price wasn't any good for how little it was”

“Customer service was very good but unfortunately company uses Hermes and customer ends up disappointed when item doesn't arrive and can't replace as out of stock. Seem nice company but downfall Hermes.”

“Really slow delivery. Ordered with plenty of time and was still late for my sons birthday. From dispatch time to delivery was 6 days! Will not be using again, would rather pay a couple of pounds extra and actually receive within a reasonable timeframe”

“I haven't received my purchase yet, it was returned to the depot, I contacted customer service and they have assured me that it will be sent back out to me, but I didn't get a confirmation email yet!”

“Disappointed with the delivery time as I paid extra for the item but it came much later than expected. Further the delivery was a disaster, package left out in rain despite instructions being provided, nail in coffin I had to Pay to return the item. Won't be a customer again.”
