There was missing items in my order when I received it. I contacted them via email and they requested I send pictures of the box it was delivered in and the instructions to show what was missing. I did this and I have had no response. It’s been over a week..!

So disappointed. Parcel still hasn’t arrived and have tried contacting the company. After one reply to understand my frustrations and ask what I would like a refund, I then haven’t heard anything again! And I still haven’t received any of my items. Won’t be using again

Very poor mix up on address labeling no one checked. The carrier sent it to 14 different depots 14!!. They drove past my address on 3rd day not second could only talk to robots . They then sent it back. Contacted sensory education who did nothing Dispte it being there chosen carrier ignoring 2 phone calls from me both times leaving messages on answer. This toy was for my one year old granddaughter. Shocking absolutely never spend anymore money to your faceless soulless business. Mr Newcombe retired

Do not recommend still waiting on a £100 parcel I ordered on the 29th it’s now the 11th… was due to be delivered 7th and still nothing. Won’t let me contact yodel who has the parcel… and it’s my daughter main Xmas present.

I have placed an order with Bargain Max. Delivery was quick which was the only positive thing. My order arrived with half the items missing. I have contacted the customer service, the person on the phone was rude with lack of patience. I have a 2 years old at home and I needed for moments to sort my son while on the phone. I was told my order will be checked and I will get an email the same day. I did not receive any emails. I contacted customer service again and lady I spoke with was helpful. They couldn’t resend my itemising items which was a shame but they refunded me. I have placed another order with Bargain Max for the items I was missing from my first order. Order has been placed, paid for and I was waiting for delivery few days later I got an email saying that there was an error on the website and they are out of stock with the items I wanted. All in all terrible experience with nothing but hustle. Won’t be ordering from the website again

You’re not getting back to me after 1st responding to my complaint about a playdoh set. It’s arrived in a brown cardboard box not the playdoh box as advertised and is missing a pot of playdoh. You wanted photos, I sent them. You came back with the answer that you sell the playdoh sets in those boxes but yet the other playdoh set I ordered arrived in the box it was supposed to as advertised. I’ve asked for a refund 3 times, you’ve not dealt with it. I was offered a free postage label to return it, you’ve not sent it. 1st time ordering from you and won’t be doing so again. Am on the verge of taking this to social media. How can I give a brown cardboard box that says Hasbro on it with one not two pots of doh and a plastic dinosaur the size of a sock to a 5 year old for Christmas. This has also been pointed out to you and you haven’t resolved the matter. Not impressed.

Placed and order for the lol dolls house, all went through fine, had email confirmation upon payment, have gone in today to check dispatch/delivery time to.find it's been cancelled, even though it's still in stock and dropped in price for black Friday with no explanation as to why.

Don't waste your time with this company, stick to local stores or even Amazon. It's been over 10 days and I still haven't received my package. I redirected it to a local store and after multiple chats with Yodel they have no idea where my package is. I asked for help from BargainMax but I just got fobbed off. I had to source what I needed locally, I better get a full refund.

Still waiting for my package, their currier thought It was a good idea to leave my package three doors away on a busy street in-between bins and no email to tell me where till I complain! Avoid at all costs shocking company!

My order was duplicated and money taken twice. Despite multiple emails and attempts to speak on WhatsApp as suggested. I still have no resolve. Very disappointing!

The quality of this kitchen is very bad ,the doors don’t stay in place ,they keep falling,very hard to assemble, the screw what is caming with is very bad quality and not usually one
