“Terrible customer service after receiving a pink slide -opened box and no fixing ! A blue and red slide was ordered for my grandsons birthday ! After a 3 day no contact with Bargin max I had to then contact them - 60% discount was eventually offered for a product not fit for purpose, the alternative was for me to return and pay postage a very long drawn out battle for a refund . My grandson did not receive his slide for his 2nd birthday ! Would I recommend Bargin max absolutely not !”

“After being let down by another company on the same product I found BargainMax advertising the kids electric scooter. I selected the scooter and paid for next day delivery which was more expensive than normal but I just wanted to make sure I received the scooter. Next day came and went as did the next! By this time I thought I had been scammed! When it eventually arrived the delivery driver told me that I was lucky to have received my delivery when i did and that paying for next day delivery was a waste of money,that it was never going to be delivered the following day. Overall I'm delighted with my product it was good value for my money but disappointed in the delivery service.”
