“Brilliant Service .We ordered all our Daughters Christmas and Birthday Presents from Bargain Max And was updated about Delivery Information straight away.Super fast delivery And Boxes sealed No problems.Even Bought a few brand names that were alot cheaper on the website than anywhere else we looked at Very happy with our purchases saved ourselves a small fortune due to the great prices will have a happy toddler on Christmas Day ,Her Birthday too 😁Would recommend.Thank you very much”

“Wrong item has turned up. Emailed and sent a message via Facebook. Looks as if they've read it and ignored me. The item isn't in stock now. So I'm really annoyed. An email to state it was being replaced with something else would of been helpful. Won't use again now. I understand it's Christmas, however customer service should still remain”

“I don’t know how many times I have tried to Get through to this company to ask them how I make a return I’ve emailed them and still no response it says to fill out the box in the FAQ so I’m now stuck with a present I do not want.”
