They replied really quickly and asked me to send a video showing the shaver not working. Once that was sent through, I was offered a replacement shaver and it was sent out the same day. “While ordering and receiving my shipment was quick and efficient, the products left me very dissatisfied. Both the P18 and Ottoman razors provided terrible shaves ending with severe razor burn. I even changed the blades after one use and attempted another shave with the razors with the same results. I am now trying to return them.”
