“The shaver gives a very quick and close shave. I also like the integral trimmer and the fact that it is USB charged. I'm very pleased with the purchase. Still not sure about the colour - but it's not a show piece so who cares?”

This was my first order from Barbarossa and I guess it was ok. I had ordered the 4 in 1 shaver kit as a present for my partner and although the delivery, packaging and communication was great, I was a little disappointed when my partner opened the box to find 2 main accessories missing. Having said that, when I contacted the support team, they were fantastic and sent over the 2 missing accessories straight away. My partner enjoys his shaver very much, although he mentioned that the instructions weren't very clear on how to empty the cut hair from within the shaver and that the battery runs out quite quickly. So, make sure to keep an eye on that, so you're not left with half head shaved until the shaver is fully charged.”
