“Used the Baltic Travel Company twice now and both times have been extremely impressed with the quality of the service. Our recent trip to Norway was outstanding. “Awesome trip, beautifully and precisely put together by Julija at Baltic Travel. Hotels and locations superb, food excellent, (even Champagne for breakfast) transfers on time, we had a wonderful adventure, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, full,of history, brought to life by our great tour leader. Then on to Denmark, Copenhagen to complete our once in a lifetime holiday experience.”

“A well organised trip and any small problems were soon rectified. Knowledgeable guides and a comprehensive itinerary for a week long trip to the three Baltic States. Excellent drivers and never a moment of worry. On time transfers from airport to hotels and vice versa. Optional tours to national parks etc but wouldn’t recommend the dinner options, over priced and not great food. However for us it was a well priced tour, we took the Deluxe Option and very pleased we did after hearing reports from other travellers of their hotels. Would definitely recommend Baltic Travel Company for their prompt responses and follow up to enquires.”

“Have just returned from my third city Break arranged for me by Daina at Baltic travel this time to Tallinn a fantastic city to visit & again the flights hotel & my local guide were all excellent along with my private pickups. “I would highly recommend Baltic Travel. Michael, our travel consultant, was very efficient and dealt with all the arrangements. Although we had one slight problem, this was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. I would definitely use the company again if we were to consider one of their regions of expertise.”

“Dear Daina Thank you for your email regarding our recent trip. Let me prefix our comments on the holiday with a great big thank you for all the help and work you and your colleagues put in on our behalf. In terms of costs eating out was not cheap but we did eat in restaurants and over the seven days we spent on average 100€ a day on meals which compares well with the UK and probably a little more expensive than France. We could have easily survived on street food which would have bought the costs down dramatically. Travelling around was very reasonable and it was great seeing countries in northern Europe. Thank you once more for organizing our trip and we will remember it with pleasure. With our best regards John & Vanessa Carr 30th July 2019”

“I thought about organising a trip to Russia on my own, but having researched the Baltic Travel Company online, I decided to book with them. The favourable reviews were well founded as my experience was very positive from the start. Daina did a great job with the itinerary giving me options and different budgets. In the end we went for 4 days in St Petersburg, 3 days in Riga and 2 days on the coast. The hotels were very good and suggestions for tours were very useful. We were helped with the Russian visa application as well. All transfers, car hire in Latvia and connecting flights went very smoothly. The company clearly knows the region very well, as well as the hotels it recommends. If you want to retain some of your own independence, but have the back up of good organisation and great support, then I highly recommend the Baltic Travel Company.”

“I found The Baltic Travel Company to be an excellent company. Booking was straight forward. The agent who I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. Documents and information arrived in plenty of time. Our luggage was left in Oslo, the fault of the airline. I phoned Baltic travel for advice, quite late on a Friday and the agents spent quite some time trying to help and give advice. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again.”

“We spent the most wondrous 3 days in Greenland arranged for us by Julija from Baltic Travel. All the arrangements worked perfectly and Julija was really helpful quickly answering any questions we asked. All the excursions booked for us were amazing and Hotel Icefjord couldn't have been better. We would certainly consider Baltic Travel for any further holidays.”

“A lovely fly-drive holiday, seeing many of the the highlights of Norway. The scenic routes of Rondane, Atlantic Road and Troll Road are spectacular and warrant more time, but don't miss the stave churches, particularly at Ringbu at Reinli - well worth a short detour. Ruros and Lillehammer are more than just rest stops, as they both have lots of interest.”

“My wife and I have traveled to eighty countries in the past 55 years. The personalized tour that you organized thru Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland, was the best we have ever undertaken. The guides were Knowledgeable and the drivers were punctual without exception. The hotels were good and in excellent locations. We HIGHLY recommend Baltic Travel LTD without reserve. “Laura at Baltic Travel Company helped us plan a fly drive holiday at last minute, she was helpful, efficient and responded rapidly via phone and email, we soon had a super trip planned. The holiday was a mini taster as it was our first time in Norway, which took in mountains, fjords, countryside, small town, villages and cities, a perfect combination. All flights, car hire, hotels information and a rough itinerary were produced and dispatched to us via post. We were really pleased with her choices of route and accommodation, in fact nothing could have been planned any better, although as we really loved Norway we wished we had stayed for a longer duration. In essence as great company to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, plus as a returning customer you accrue a discount off further travel.”

“Once again, many many thanks to Daina for arranging our holiday to Krakow and Zakopane; another wonderful holiday. Radisson Blu Hotel is a super hotel – I would totally recommend. Grand Hotel Stamary in Zakopane is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. The room was lovely, very comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom just right; but despite having an accessible room the hotel isn’t fully accessible. The ramp at the entrance is too steep to use safely alone, and the restaurant is down a flight of stairs with no lift access. The staff, however, were fantastic, and gave us a lot of help, they happily helped Peter up and down the ramp each time, and we were able to sit in the bar and have breakfast and dinner. So, not a huge problem and I would recommend this hotel too. It will soon be time to be in touch again to organise for 2020!”

“We have recently returned from a North Cape fly drive trip which was amazing. We had a good variety of overnight accommodation in wonderful locations, all were comfy, warm with great breakfasts! So, thank you Baltic Travel for organising this wonderful trip for us.”

“Everything was very well organised. There were some issues with a couple of hotels trying to bill us for our room which had already been paid for. Inga at Baltic Travel was very helpful and contacted the hotels in question straight away to get the billing refunded, including any loss due to differing exchange rates. Apart from the billing issue (not Baltic Travel's fault) everything was perfect and seemless. We would highly recommend Baltic Travel and would definately use again if travelling to any of their destinations.”
