“We had such an amazing holiday in Norway. The communication from Daina was great and the organisation of the trip was amazing. “We recently returned from a trip to Norway arranged by Baltic Travel and would definitely use them again. They arranged everything for us including flights, hotels, trips and all travel between our four destinations in Norway and although there were changes that had to be made prior to going, everything was handled professionally and communication was excellent. The information provided beforehand was great and we didn't experience any issues whilst away but we're confident that help was at hand should we have needed it. Thanks in particular, goes to Inga, who handled our requests and was always on hand if we had any questions. Thanks for a very memorable holiday.”

“We had a wonderful time and Tromso is such a beautiful town, with all the lights and the snow which made its first appearance on our first day. My daughter told me it was the inspiration for the staging post city on the way to "the north" in the Golden Compass film/ books by Philip Pullman The trips were great and I really loved the reindeer one. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with everything e.g getting into the overalls. We did see the Northern Lights - quite faint and I didn't realise that they show up better on a camera even a mobile one than the naked eye. However, I am very pleased with what we saw. If I was going again I would make time for a whale watching cruise as well, although I'm not too worried as we've a trip planned to Alaska next year. We also went up the cable car and to the artic cathedral. I would heavily recommend getting "spikes" that you clip under boots to help with the icy pavements. Some people earlier in the week had had the sled ride cancelled as it hadn't snowed sufficiently then and the snow is arriving later each year so people might need to go later in the season if that is a priority for them. Thank you again for organising. It all went very smoothly”

“We decided to visit Helsinki at short notice and found Baltic Travel via a web search. Their response to my enquiry was very quick and after a few discussions and amendments, we booked. We received all the documentation within a few days and everything ran smoothly, we could not fault anything. The hotel, The Lilla Roberts, was excellent, and very central and the food and service were first class. We would certainly recommend Baltic based on our experience and would use them again.”

“What a great personal service we received from Baltic Travel. We told Laura what we wanted from our Norway trip, nothing was too much trouble, Laura and Baltic Travel delivered down to the last detail. “Laura arranged a family friendly trip to Iceland for me. She responded quickly to my many questions from my initial enquiry right through to the trip itself. It gave me such peace of mind to know I was booking with the experts and I trusted her fully to arrange our whole trip including flights, hotels, transport and activities. “We had an excellent short break in Helsinki. Well organised beforehand with some great suggestions as to what to see and do. Our transfer from the airport was smooth and the driver was very helpful and informative. Our hotel was funky and cool as well as comfortable. It was easy to find things to do and we found the country, its history and sights, fascinating. All in all, a wonderful time !”

“Great Holiday. Extended Fly Drive of the 3 baltic states for our wedding anniversary. Everyone at Baltic involved in the planning and execution of our trip were fantastic, despite the 2 postponements due to Covid we eventually were able to go and enjoy the package that we had put together with Daina and it all went seamlessly. All elements of our trip went without a hitch, flights, transfers, car, hotels etc were just as we expected and our accomodations were well placed for exploring the many places we visited. All 3 countries were easy driving and the locals are extremely courteous drivers. Very friendly people and much to do and see. Baltic Travel were excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of travelling in the Baltics and nearby regions. Thanks again.”

“I booked a short cities break in Oslo and Bergen through Baltic Travel for my wife, myself, son and partner. Daini was most helpful in making the arrangements and giving helpful suggestions. She recommended Clarion Collection hotels in both cities. The "blurb" offered a light supper. This turned out to be soup, a main course and salads. No choice but each meal was different and prepared to a high standard. Given Norwegian restaurant prices, this was a real bonus. Will certainly use Baltic Travel in the future”

“I highly recommend Baltic Travel. I have enjoyed three memorable trips with them in recent years and each time everything was perfectly organized and efficient. Most recently (October 2022) my daughter and I travelled to Tromso in Arctic Norway on the Autumn Aurora break. Again, everything was efficient and ran smoothly, the hotel was very pleasant and picturesquely situated on the harbour front and the evening aurora hunt was an amazing experience. We were lucky enough to see the lights TWICE in a huge and magical display. (I suppose I can't credit Baltic Travel with that too...)”
