“I loved working with Lena to find me the perfect trip. Sadly I didn't see the northern lights whilst i was in Norway but i still had an amazing time! Would recommend Tromsø , Norway for anyone who wants to have an arctic adventure.”

“Had a fantastic short break in Tromso courtesy of Baltic TC, who organised everything we needed with a great choice of hotel, guide for the Northern Lights and ensured we got to and from the airport safely and on time. With our "free time" we went whale watching and dog sledding in this truly spectacular part of Norway. Can't wait to book our next trip with Baltic!”

“Once again, Inga (and others in the team) booked us a short break in Riga for the Christmas market. The whole trip was very smooth, and Baltic Travel managed to create an excellent itinerary, involving a revised flight plan through Frankfurt. They also arranged an excellent guide to show us round the city and to give us additional information about the Art Nouveau area. I would thoroughly recommend Baltic Travel to everyone Many thanks”

“Hi Daina I just wanted to send you an e-mail to say thank you for arranging a wonderful holiday to Tromso. From beginning to end the whole trip was so well organised. The Clarion Collection Hotel With was a lovely hotel situated on the harbourside, although my room was a standard room, I was very impressed, the hotel was so clean, immaculate and well presented The light evening meal was an added bonus and the buffet breakfast was great with lots of choice. The Northern Lights Chase was fabulous and our guide, I believe her name was Trenie, was fabulous, so friendly, helpful and informative, we did see the Northern Lights and apparently they were the best that they'd seen for a while, it's a memory I will never forget. Although the Whale Watching Trip was altered to accommodate for the whales feeding further north, we were not disappointed, we saw humpback whales and a pod of orcas with a calf, so for me Christmas had come early! Tromso is a beautiful place with plenty to see, I would definitely recommend the cable car ride, the views from the top are amazing! So once again I would just like to thank you for all your help in arranging a holiday that will stay with me for a lifetime!”

“I had never used Baltic Travel Company before and the reviews were encouraging. I wanted a short break to Norway to see the Northern Lights and the Baltic Travel Company short breaks fitted my requirements.I spoke to Daina and she was very helpful and informative.I did see the Northern Lights and thoroughly enjoyed my short break to Tromso. I would definitely recommend Baltic Travel Company and would definitely use them again.”

“An outstanding trip to St Petersburg, expertly organised by Baltic Travel from start to finish. Airport collection and drop off efficient and on time. The hotel was ideally situated for the city sites and the friendly hotel always helpful. Breakfast was good although repetitive. St petersburg is easy to navigate whether on foot or by metro. Although we travelled in late November it was ideal time to visit numerous City sites without the crowds. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone. Many thanks Baltic Travel. Rob Steer”

“November 2017. We booked through Baltic Travel company after speaking with Lena on the phone. It was clear this was a lucky find. Our trip to Sweden, including Stockholm, an overnight train and two nights at the tree hotel was practically perfect in every way. But not only that, all our dealings with the Baltic Travel Company were faultless. We felt we were dealing with friends and were given such careful and professional service throughout. We had to contact them about a minor issue at the Tree hotel, and Lena dealt with it personally and e-mailed me back within 1 hour - on a Saturday. All their paperwork was accurate and thorough, all their e-mail communications friendly, professional and articulate. A dream to deal with. We would give this company 5* for their service and efficiency. Faultless. We didn't see the Northern Lights, it was cloudy and the moon was over 50% waxing. Oh dear, we'll have to book another trip ! NJP”

“Good communication and holiday. The hotel is very good and in an excellent location for sightseeing and pick up points for tours. I think it is useful to keep the northern lights chase at day 2 due to the unpredictability of the weather, you may have to reschedule the next day (I was unlucky and there was a storm on day 3 when I had a day and evening tour booked, both were cancelled). It is definitely necessary to keep an evening/day free later in the trip for rescheduled events. In hindsight, I would have booked a northern lights chase day 2 and 3. Or extended the trip to one more day, because on day 1, I got to my hotel at 9pm and couldn't schedule any evening events that day. Other than that, it was a very good trip.”

“Baltic travel listened and planned my holiday with an itenary which suited our needs and budget. We visited Iceland and all the excursions were fabulous, the hotel selected suited our needs and requirements, we were lucky enough to see the northern lights but even if we hadn't it wouldn't have spoilt our trip, any questions prior to booking and afterwards were dealt with promptly by Baltic travel and we made to feel special at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Baltic travel and I will definitely use them again. If Iceland is on your bucket list book with Baltic travel you won't be disappointed”

“Expensive for the given activities. Didn't get to see northern lights, partly due to weather conditions, but travellers should be given option for selection of suitable nights to view the lights.”

“We were 4 friends going to Russia and loved it. Our guides Lilly and Victor were excellent. So much to see - Gorki Leninskie, Lenin’s Home and then off to Kremlin and Red Square. Highlight was The Bolshoi Ballet La Bayadere was stunning. So much to see in Petersburg and Catherine’s Winter and Summer homes. Big thank you to Inga for all her help, especially the visas. Would certainly go with Baltic Travel again.”

“This is my third time booking with Daina at Baltic Travel. She has always been very pleasant to speak to, very efficient, and able to suggest things to make my holiday better. For my recent holiday to Denmark I was unaware until she told me that I could fly from Aarhus to Stansted, which saved me time and money. I know I can rely on her to meet all my requirements and provide a detailed itinerary and answer all my questions and have recommended her and the company as a whole to friends and colleagues.
