“"They did what we asked. They did what they said they would do. Everything they arranged worked like clockwork. And they did it all with a smile and very pleasantly. Everyone in Vilnius was very friendly and helpful.We would recommend anyone to use Baltic Travel"”

“Hello, Saija. We thoroughly enjoyed our Scandinavian tour. There were no slip-ups, as everything was very well organized. The tour guide was excellent (Yves). We especially liked our stay in Helsinki. The Hotel Haven was beautiful and very comfortable and the staff there was very helpful when we made any inquiries. There was variation in the age and quality of the hotels throughout Norway, but we recognize that part of the charm of the tour was in the age and character of the hotels (how’s that for a positive attitude?). We would like to revisit Helsinki and the lake districts of Finland, so we may be in touch with you again about arranging that. Thank you so much for your attentiveness—you thought of everything for us. Lisa and Rod Renaud”

“my wife and I wanted a customized combo holiday of organized tours and individual choices . Inga was very patience as we went thru long list of choices , never ending changes and offered advice on local knowledge and alternative ways to to organize our time and travel .Including a visa free trip to St Petes . Hotel choices were good and well located to minimize unnecessary long distance walking.. well done >>.”

“The staff are great and actually listened to our likes and dislikes. Accordingly, our particular fly/drive holiday, prepared specifically for us, more or less completely fitted our needs and requirements which was pretty good considering they did not meet us face to face.”

“We have used Baltic Travel twice, the first time was last year on one of their own Fly/Drive Finnish trips, and recently, a "made to measure" fly/drive for us to Finnish Lapland and northern Norway. The staff are friendly and courteous and listened to us when we told them our likes and dislikes and managed to arrange almost perfectly our travel arrangements.”

“For a long time I have wanted to travel to a different place and decided to try Norway. Often I have found it difficult to find all the exciting event to explore at the destination but with Baltic Travel Company I got all the help I needed. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed and they were all so helpful. I traveled to Norway to find Northern lights and beside of a wonderful experience the service at the company was absolute amazing. They were quick to get back to me and managed to find other events that I had not even thought about. Everything on the journey was sorted out for me and the team had so many good advise as they had been there before. I am so thankful to the team for all the support and work they did for me. I will definitely use the company again. Thanks guys! :)”

“Lots went wrong. Here's a sample... The hotel in Saint Petersburg was changed after the tour was booked. The original hotel was conveniently located in the main tourist area, the replacement was very remote making it extremely difficult to take advantage of the many sites available in Saint Petersburg. The tour guide was probably very knowledgeable however command of the English language was limited. Missed out on a lot things as she was very difficult to understand. Consider an other tour company if you are interested in learning about Russia.”

It is unfortunate that from time to time the Russian authorities feel it necessary to close off Red Square. “Friendly willing service but careless at times with booking errors, wrong information, incorrect itineraries and general lack of attention to detail. We had to check dates, timings and bookings on almost every communication to iron out errors.”

“As a nervous single traveller I contacted BTC to organise a trip to the city of my childhood dreams. From that first email I felt I was in good hands. The care taken organising my itinerary including last minute private tours was first class. When speaking to Daina I felt It important to the company that I was happy. I'd have no hesitation in recommended BTC to anyone. Certainly I will be using them for my next trip.”

“We travelled to Norway in September 2017, flying into Oslo. We had a splendid time from the outset. All of your travel arrangements for us were excellent. We thought the hotels were very well sited and of a pleasant standard. The Thon Grand Central in Oslo was an ideal base and the Thon Bristol at Bergen provided the best breakfast we have ever had! Its central location meant that everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The trip "Norway in a Nutshell" worked to plan, although that was a very long day. Our last excursion to Stavanger aboard the ferry was very comfortable and relaxing. We have been very impressed with the service and care that you have provided from our initial inquiry onwards. You listened to what we were interested in and modelled a holiday that we will always remember. We are very pleased to highly recommend your company. Hugh and Cherry”

“Rave reviews! I was 100% ...and some...satisfied with my experience with the Baltic Travel Company. This summer they helped me put together a tailor made package where I travelled throughout Norway and also to Stockholm and Copenhagen. Together we were able to come up with an itinerary that worked within the time and budget restrictions. I was pleased with the accommodations. They were clean, centrally located, easily accessible, and had great breakfast options. As well, the modes of transportation were well chosen as they allowed me to see so much of the spectacular countryside. My travel agent made herself readily available, so that when, unexpectedly, the weather necessitated a change in plans during the trip, she was able to do so quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again, as it was evident they were very knowledgeable about the area. Thank-you!”

“Efficient service. Lena was always there to answer our questions Payments and documentation were handled smoothly and efficiently. The Highlights of Poland Tour was comprehensive and well run. We did cover a lot of ground in six days. However, for future tours may I suggest an extra day in Warsaw and visits to some of the excellent museums Poland has to offer . Some cultural entertainment would be nice too - a Chopin recital, Polish folk dancing etc.”
