“Laura arranged a family friendly trip to Iceland for me. She responded quickly to my many questions from my initial enquiry right through to the trip itself. It gave me such peace of mind to know I was booking with the experts and I trusted her fully to arrange our whole trip including flights, hotels, transport and activities. Our holiday was stress free and smooth running, we loved every minute! I would highly recommend Laura and Baltic travel!”

“We had an excellent short break in Helsinki. Well organised beforehand with some great suggestions as to what to see and do. Our transfer from the airport was smooth and the driver was very helpful and informative. Our hotel was funky and cool as well as comfortable. It was easy to find things to do and we found the country, its history and sights, fascinating. All in all, a wonderful time !”

“Our specific requests were taken care of and the facilities, travel arrangements and excursions provided were a great fit for what we wanted. Information was quick. “Great Holiday. Extended Fly Drive of the 3 baltic states for our wedding anniversary. Everyone at Baltic involved in the planning and execution of our trip were fantastic, despite the 2 postponements due to Covid we eventually were able to go and enjoy the package that we had put together with Daina and it all went seamlessly. All elements of our trip went without a hitch, flights, transfers, car, hotels etc were just as we expected and our accomodations were well placed for exploring the many places we visited. All 3 countries were easy driving and the locals are extremely courteous drivers. Very friendly people and much to do and see. Baltic Travel were excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of travelling in the Baltics and nearby regions. Thanks again.”

“I booked a short cities break in Oslo and Bergen through Baltic Travel for my wife, myself, son and partner. Daini was most helpful in making the arrangements and giving helpful suggestions. She recommended Clarion Collection hotels in both cities. The "blurb" offered a light supper. This turned out to be soup, a main course and salads. No choice but each meal was different and prepared to a high standard. Given Norwegian restaurant prices, this was a real bonus. Will certainly use Baltic Travel in the future”

“I highly recommend Baltic Travel. I have enjoyed three memorable trips with them in recent years and each time everything was perfectly organized and efficient. Most recently (October 2022) my daughter and I travelled to Tromso in Arctic Norway on the Autumn Aurora break. Again, everything was efficient and ran smoothly, the hotel was very pleasant and picturesquely situated on the harbour front and the evening aurora hunt was an amazing experience. We were lucky enough to see the lights TWICE in a huge and magical display. (I suppose I can't credit Baltic Travel with that too...)”

“From start to finish, the experience of booking and travelling was super easy. We spoke to Inga, our representative on the phone or via email, and she understood our preferences, budget and preferred dates and turned it into an unforgettable trip. We started with a day stop over in Iceland, with a lovely hotel, and then travelled onto Greenland. The excursions were with World of Greenland, who had some very knowledgable, friendly guides, and we kayaked amongst icebergs, hiked along the glacier ice-fjiord and sailed to Eqi glacier to watch it calve. We also had a very memorable nighttime boat ride where a pod of humpback whales swam under the boat! All in all a very wonderful experience!”

“This is my first time travelling on my own and at the age of 62 I didn’t know where to begin, all I knew was I wanted to go to the north of Norway. Inga and her team made the process so easy, I just said what sort of stuff I liked and they came back with several choices of : dates, location, hotels, activities, I made my choices and left it with them. The result was an adventure in Tromso which I will never forget, It was truly amazing. The flight connections were accurately timetabled, the taxi was at the other end to meet me, the hotel was just perfect and the activities I booked were amazing, I feel that I have had a perfectly tailor made for me holiday. Before the holiday I had regular updates from Inga and her team, my itinerary was sent over for my confirmation and it was all sorted. Tromso was everything I imagined (and a bit more) I was very apprehensive going on my own but I can honestly say I shouldn’t have worried, I met some lovely people from all over the world who also wanted to see Tromso. I will definitely book my next trip with Baltic Travel as I plan on visiting Iceland next year and know that it will be arranged for me on a personal level. Thank you Inga and team from Baltic travel for enabling me to have a wonderful holiday.”

“Sometimes it's possible to have a holiday that is so perfect that it becomes an unforgettable, treasured memory: this was our experience on Highlights of Georgia, organised for us by Baltic Travel. First of all, the care taken with planning and organisation was so exact that every stage of our journey: from arrival at the airport for our outbound flight to our return eight days later, went like clockwork. Second, we experienced a wonderful country, which few people in the UK seem to know about or to visit: we would recommend Georgia 100%. We stayed in the capital, Tbilisi, which is vibrant and modern, and on our trips into the countryside we visited churches, museums, archaeological sites, and witnessed the traditional wine-making process. Everyone we met: hotel staff, museum guides, people in restaurants and shops; were friendly and hospitable. Most importantly, our guide and our driver worked hard to make our trip into something very special. They were unfailingly courteous and considerate, and our outstanding guide was able to give us an insight into the complex history of Georgia and the challenges it still faces. This was our second holiday with Baltic Travel and will not be our last: highly recommended.”

“Inga did a marvelous job planning our Island Hopping Bicycle Tour of the Finnish Archeplago. Carfield provided the E-Bikes and were very helpful attending to our needs and transporting luggage to and from hotels. All accomodations were clean and the staff very friendly. We often met the owner and were introduced to staff. Our favorite stops were in Korpostrom and Naantali. Throughout the route we saw the country side, forest, quant cities, wonderful Finnish people, and a variety of ferry rides. A rest and relaxation on the ferry was a welcome afternoon treat. Thank you so much.”

“I had been planning my trip to Finland in 2020 but for obvious reasons it did not happen until 2922. It was so worth waiting for. Communication and customer care by Laura at the Baltic Travel Company was wonderful. You feel as if you are the only customer she is looking after it’s so personalised. As a Finn herself she was able to give me some wonderful tips about my trip particularly to Tampere. Couldn’t recommend this company more but all down to Laura !!”
