“Booked a late trip to Krakow and Michael was brilliant in getting all the details and hotel and transfers done. Upon arrival at the airport the transfer was there and the Hotel Petrus is a little gem of a place, clean good breakfast and very helpful and pleasant staff, with good English. The hotel to Rynek Glowny is about a 35/40 minute walk but not a boring one, river views and shops from the bridge onwards. Really enjoyed it.”

“Fantastic 10 day fly / drive holiday arranged very efficiently by Michael Wood at short notice. Exceeded our expectations on standard and location of accommodation. We adapted the suggested itinerarary slightly but the basic route was well conceived. The hire car met our expectations.”

“My husband and I took the Wildlife Watching Fly-Drive holiday in Finland in late May 2018 and are pleased to report that it was one of our most successful holidays ever. We were very lucky to benefit from the warmest and driest spring for 30 years, so the country was looking at its best: wonderful scenery, a wide range of walks to choose from in the national parks, and plenty of fascinating history about the Winter War. The accommodation was generally very good; ditto the evening meals. The maps and directions to the overnight accommodation were very clear, and the range of suggested activities en route had something for every taste. The holiday itself is arranged by a Finnish company, Upitrek, but our booking was handled by Baltic Travel Company, who gave us prompt and excellent service, and readily accommodated the minor variations that we required. We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Baltic Travel Company!”

Many thanks for you review. I was in Finland in July, when they were enjoying one of their best summers ever. It is a great country, though the driving distances can be long. “Right from the first contact with Baltic travel Company I felt we really mattered to them. They created a bespoke holiday for us in Estonia - air travel, hotels, bus journeys inside the country and a small group day trip during our time there. Nothing I called to ask about appeared to be a trouble for them.”

“Our contact, Inga, was really helpful. She definitely listened to our briefing and tailored our itinerary accordingly. Everything was handled efficiently and all emails and other contacts were dealt with promptly. In Norway, all the activities, travel and hotels were just what we expected, or better. I was impressed, too, that the company Chair took the trouble to contact me after the holiday. Highly recommended.”

“We had problems with cancelled flights causing a long delay also a problem with erroneous charges by our hotel in Svalbard. Despite the fact that these problems were not due to Baltic Travel but they still managed to resolve them for us in a very professional manner. Also the Realm of the Polar Bear trip lived up to all our expectations.”

“The arrangements were excellent and communications as well. The hotel was centrally located and all the attractions were within walking distance of a bus journey. The organised excursions were well arranged and according to the itinerary - we particularly enjoyed the Fjord Adventure by RIB boat and Brigitte was a superb navigator/guide. We had a great time, but sadly the weather did not oblige but we will be back.”

“I had a tailor-made tour with the Baltic Travel Company in Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. My experience was wonderful since I contacted the company to arrange for the tour and until the I returned home. Customizing the tour program based on my interests was a pleasant experience. The travel consultant was very helpful and patient through all the questions and modifications on the program during the planning. I was so happy that the tour was carried out exactly like the program. Everything was as planned or even better. I did not wait or looked for any guide or driver. They were always there on time. I felt lucky that all the tour guides and drivers were awesome which made the sightseeing perfect. The hotel selections and the transfer cars were excellent.”

“Our first holiday with Baltic Travel and based on the excellent service provided from booking our trip to the smooth running of all the local guides and pickups it will not be our last as this part of Europe is still unspoiled - pristine scenery. Our group of 12 had traveled from New Zealand - Singapore - Norway - Belgium, and the UK. That made for some very interesting conversations during our travels with such an eclectic group of travelers. “Excellent communication and updates from Inga who was also very helpful and prompt responding to our questions. Paperwork including itinerary, contact numbers vouchers for transport and accommodation and flight books arrived organised and a few weeks prior to departure so we had time to orientate and check. On holiday everything ran smoothly, no problems and all the staff on the various transport and at the various accommodations were friendly and helpful as too were the local people.The itinerary was the perfect introduction to Norway for us and a real bonus was travelling on public transport self guided so we got to see more of the countryside and meet the locals. The staff in all the different accommodations were excellent and all were clean and provided excellent breakfasts.The Saga Central hotel did feel more like a hostel than a hotel however was in a good location and adequate.”

“For our 45th Wedding Anniversary we decided a first visit to the Baltic would be perfect. Julija was our primary contact and made all the arrangements for us. Despite problems at Stansted Airport which resulted in us missing our flight. they stepped up to the mark and were sympathetic and helpful. We eventually arrived in Tallinn 2 days later than planned. There was a bottle of champagne in our room! Very thoughtful. The arrangements made by Baltic Travel for our transfers and, especially our lovely guide, were very good and we were really delighted by our first Baltic experience. Daina and her team were very helpful throughout.”

“We had a wonderful time touring this beautiful corner of the world! The hotels were comfortable and provided great buffet breakfasts, the transfers and transport were excellent. The highlight, however, were the guides. Their knowledge and passion for the history and culture of each country made it a fascinating and thought provoking trip for us.”
