“Traveling during this pandemic seemed out of question for a while. This short trip out of Kuwait for a few days did make it worth the wait of 2 years of not traveling. Last-minute we decided to look out for places to visit during Christmas. We found Baltic Travel while researching on Google and Laura came to our rescue immediately. She was extremely responsive and provided us with a reasonable package during our short stay in Finland. Our entire trip in Rovaniemi (including flight, airport transfers, hotel and excursions) was handled by Baltic Travel. She even had a small surprise waiting for us when we did the Santa Claus tour which was extremely thoughtful of her. The trip was reasonably priced and well-coordinated. Everything was on time and as per our itinerary. She even went out of her way to sort out travel restrictions with the Finnish immigration and kept updating us with changes immediately. Thank you Baltic Travel and Laura Halmela in specific for making this trip a memorable one even during this pandemic. Wishing you a blessed 2022 :) and looking forward to planning more trips together.”

“Thank you to Baltic travel for a wonderful holiday in Sweden. You were so helpful right from our first inquiry through to the last minute travel requirements. The hotels were great. All the travel arrangements worked well. You put together an excellent itinerary for us based on our requests. We all really enjoyed the holiday. “I travelled to Latvia and Lithuania on a custom-made pre-Christmas trip, organised by Daina. I have previously visited Tallinn quite a few years ago and was keen to complete the triangle. Everything was super well organised and Daina was able to put together an itinerary that included going to see the secret Soviet bunker at Ligatne. This was the highlight of my trip so I was really excited to be able to include it. I really enjoyed my walking tours of Riga and Vilnius - there was enough time with the guide to get lots of useful Soviet history info, but not enough that it was intrusive to my day. I am somebody that usually books everything independently, because I don't like being herded around like a sheep on an organised tour. Given then pandemic, you really need the extra flexibility of having an ATOL bonded trip, so that if things change it can be moved or refunded - I was really glad that I had this as the situation is changing fast again at the moment! I will definitely be using BTC again - I have plans to get to the Nordics and to Georgia asap.”

“I looked for trips to Norway and found a few interesting ones, but Baltic travel were brilliant adding the train trip I wanted advising on excursions and booking all the travel was booked for us and loads of breakfast to set up the day, have recommended to my family and would highly advise if u u fancy Norway these guys will organise everything and really good price, also always at end of the phone”

“In these troubled times you need a caring and professional company to look after your needs and in Inga from Baltic Travel we found just that. Our trip was perfectly catered to our needs and little niggles like how do i get from the airport to the hotel evaporated due to a car being laid on. The whole package was excellant value for money especially when we discovered that the hotel we stayed in ( and was recommended by Inga ) had hosted not only The Queen but Jon Bon Jovi. Exceptional guidance resulted in a perfect pre Christmas break.”

“Inga from Baltic Travel Company planned a fantastic girl’s holiday to Poland! We asked for a loaded itinerary full of tours, cultural activities and a spa day that she delivered beyond our expectations! The hotel that she booked was a beautiful boutique hotel located in a historic building, in the heart of Kraków. The restaurants were lovely! Our local guide Anna had a charismatic personality and was extremely knowledgeable of the area. She looked after us all holiday and was so good! We have no complaints about this holiday, it was so fab! We can’t wait to book with Baltic Travel Company again!”

“Having used Baltic Travel on two separate occasions with trips to Russia and Iceland, I can say that they are one of the most professional travel companies I have worked with. The accommodations, tours and transfers arranged by Daina and the staff were first class. We were in constant communication during our trip and when things didn't quite go to plan, Daina was there with alternatives. Just getting on a plane these days can be quite an ordeal, but with Baltic Travel you are in good hands. I highly recommend them for all your adventures.”

“Diana was wonderful to firstly transfer holiday from last year - she ensured all our treatments and trips from Sopot and Gdansk were in place and really top notch. “Well organised trip, showing us the highlights of the three countries. We enjoyed the cycling and were pleased to be able to transfer to e-bikes towards the end of the holiday. We had every confidence in our knowledgeable leader Romas and the minibus driver Albinas. A bit longer in Vilnius and Tallinn could have been added to the main itinerary ( we made our own arrangements by adding on extra days.) Accommodation was comfortable and of a good standard.”

“Fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble, the team gave me lots of info on booking and kept me updated. All info was sent by email and post and any queries were responded to promptly. During my stay, a trip was cancelled due to the weather. The team contacted me to advise, and rebooked the following evening for me. Very impressed with their customer service !”

“This company is the best. We have travelled 3 times with them now and are looking forward to our fourth. They have excellent knowledge of the places and countries, the organisation is super and nothing is too much trouble, even if there are last minute changes of plan. We don't like travelling in a group so even just two of us it is all so well done that it makes us feel special! and the little touches, a bottle of sparkly in our hotel room for when we arrive for my birthday. I wish I'd known about them a long time ago as I have already been to a good few of the places on their lists, because they really do have tailor made trips, they would have been better visits with them!”
