“Ballicom have come back via E bay to apologise for saying I had cancelled the purchase and have set the record straight that they had cancelled the purchase due to having no stock. I thank them for being prompt with a reply and for being honest about the reason. Still disappointed that they could not fulfil my order but pleased that they have been good and honest with their reasons.”

“Purchased a laptop via ebay. On the day of proposed delivery I had a phone call saying the device had been lost from their warehouse and therefore they could not send it to me which was very disappointing. They cancelled the sale and refunded my money straight away which was at least fair. On ebay however they said that I had cancelled the purchase which is not fair as I would not back out on a deal like that..”

“Service from Ballicom was fine. Good price and despatched very quickly. However they used Parcelforce for delivery who made only one attempt to deliver, returned the item to depot, left a card with no reference number and no clear instructions about how to get the item redilevered. Parcelforce do not seem to understand that their job is to deliver the parcel to my house! Most other delivery companies now send messages in advance to advise of expected delivery date/time and allow you to arrange an alternative date. I advise Ballicom to change their carrier.”
