Bespoke engraving is a great feature, and the speed and efficiency of the process from searching the webiste to delivery is impressive. “The service from Ballantynes of Walkerburn is exemplary; literally went above and beyond any expectations. I purchased a most beautifully crafted item for my Father to mark a special Birthday (Black Watch Veteran, and also the Son of a Chindit, so this brought a tear upon unwrapping) It has been given pride of place on display, and many admirers have already commented on just how perfect it is. Mr Ballantyne also went out of his way( well out of his way) and hand delivered the item to me, which I was incredibly grateful for- truly a Gentleman! I will most definitely order from Ballantynes of Walkerburn again, highly recommend others to do so too! Thanks again to Mr Ballantyne and the wonderful team of craftsmen involved in making this very special item, and for the personal touches along the way. “Absolutely fantastic, I cannot recommend Ballantybes of Walkerburn highly enough. My order was placed on Wednesday morning and delivered Friday morning the same week, this included engraving of the item. Packaging was extremely good so the fragile statue was well protected during transit. The quality is excellent, 100% satisfied with my order with them, will definitely use them again.”

“This was a first time purchase from Ballantine's and I must say that I was so impressed with the statuettes attention to detail and refined moulding that I class it as outstanding among my some of my other presentation pieces. The speed of delivery was surprisingly fast. The whole experience of purchasing from Ballantine's was outstanding and I would gladly recommend their products.”
