“Just purchased from Ballantynes of Walkerburn their “SELKIRK -FLODDEN STANDARD” Statuette. The item was delivered very promptly and the quality and detail is exceptional. It has far exceeded my expectations and I am so glad that I made this purchase. The personalised engraving on the brass plaque was equally up to the high standards of this product. Very delighted and would recommend in every way.”

“I purchased an 18” glass hexagon award and requested engraving. Throughout the process Neil and his team were 1st class and the communication and advice excellent, demonstrating a wealth of experience in guiding clients to the best results for the product. The turnaround and delivery timescales were superb and the quality of workmanship first rate. I have bought products from Ballantynes on a few occasions now and never been disappointed. I would highly recommend their products and services and will have no hesitation in being a repeat customer in the future.”

“Ordered a nice piece as a retirement presentation for one of the lads at work. The item arrived in perfect condition. The team at Ballantynes sent my order in quick time as I was tasked last minute to get it squared away. Ballantynes were quick to act and surpassed all expectations. I had the item within 24 hours of explaining the situation. Top drawer from these dudes.”

“When making a purchase from Ballantynes of Walkerburn I found the range of products to be excellent and the ability to personalise many of the items with different bases and engraving is fantastic. When I had a query about a product I found the staff to be very efficient and professional. The item I purchased was delivered very promptly and was packaged very well. The item itself (a military resin/bronze effect statue) is of high quality and was engraved nicely. I would definitely buy from this company again.”

“Have used Ballantynes of Walkerburn on several occassions and have never been disappointed. Starting with the products: these are high quality, the glassware is execptional and always makes a great gift either to someone else or for own collection. Add to this the option to engrave and these items are truely 'keepsakes'. Service: this has also been amazing, accomodating and proffessional, never feeling that any request is a both or too small. Bundle this together and add in quick dispatch times with the items very well protected, you have a highly professional company. A company that also supports and recognises Bluelight and Armed Forces personnel. You cannot go wrong with Ballantynes. Thank you.”

“The service from Ballantynes of Walkerburn is exemplary; literally went above and beyond any expectations. I purchased a most beautifully crafted item for my Father to mark a special Birthday (Black Watch Veteran, and also the Son of a Chindit, so this brought a tear upon unwrapping) It has been given pride of place on display, and many admirers have already commented on just how perfect it is. Mr Ballantyne also went out of his way( well out of his way) and hand delivered the item to me, which I was incredibly grateful for- truly a Gentleman! I will most definitely order from Ballantynes of Walkerburn again, highly recommend others to do so too! “Absolutely fantastic, I cannot recommend Ballantybes of Walkerburn highly enough. My order was placed on Wednesday morning and delivered Friday morning the same week, this included engraving of the item. Packaging was extremely good so the fragile statue was well protected during transit. The quality is excellent, 100% satisfied with my order with them, will definitely use them again.”

“This was a first time purchase from Ballantine's and I must say that I was so impressed with the statuettes attention to detail and refined moulding that I class it as outstanding among my some of my other presentation pieces. The speed of delivery was surprisingly fast. The whole experience of purchasing from Ballantine's was outstanding and I would gladly recommend their products.”
