“Everything was professional, quick, and great value for money. A wide range of products, and when ordered the communication was quick with a mock-up of the design given within hours of placing the order. The turnaround from placing the order to receiving a beautiful personalised gift set was approximately 72 hours, so I'm extremely satisfied with all aspects of my shopping experience with Ballantynes of Walkerburn and cannot recommend them enough!”

“Just purchased from Ballantynes of Walkerburn their “SELKIRK -FLODDEN STANDARD” Statuette. The item was delivered very promptly and the quality and detail is exceptional. It has far exceeded my expectations and I am so glad that I made this purchase. The personalised engraving on the brass plaque was equally up to the high standards of this product. Very delighted and would recommend in every way.”

Throughout the process Neil and his team were 1st class and the communication and advice excellent, demonstrating a wealth of experience in guiding clients to the best results for the product. “Ordered a nice piece as a retirement presentation for one of the lads at work. The item arrived in perfect condition. The team at Ballantynes sent my order in quick time as I was tasked last minute to get it squared away. Ballantynes were quick to act and surpassed all expectations. “When making a purchase from Ballantynes of Walkerburn I found the range of products to be excellent and the ability to personalise many of the items with different bases and engraving is fantastic. When I had a query about a product I found the staff to be very efficient and professional. The item I purchased was delivered very promptly and was packaged very well. The item itself (a military resin/bronze effect statue) is of high quality and was engraved nicely. I would definitely buy from this company again.”

“Have used Ballantynes of Walkerburn on several occassions and have never been disappointed. Starting with the products: these are high quality, the glassware is execptional and always makes a great gift either to someone else or for own collection. Add to this the option to engrave and these items are truely 'keepsakes'. Service: this has also been amazing, accomodating and proffessional, never feeling that any request is a both or too small. Bundle this together and add in quick dispatch times with the items very well protected, you have a highly professional company. A company that also supports and recognises Bluelight and Armed Forces personnel. You cannot go wrong with Ballantynes. Thank you.”
