“Everything from start to finish has been very smooth. I initially sent an email requesting if they could do a design on a class I was referred to their online booking system. Within one day of placing my design, I had the draft sent through to my email. I gave the thumbs up to proceed with the order, and it arrived well packaged and really well done within a few days. All in all, I highly recommend them.”

“Fantastic service and good price. Although the item was very well packed, it did arrive slightly damaged. I emailed them with pics and received a positive response within 10 mins. They shipped the replacement item straight away. I would definitely recommend.”

“Everything was professional, quick, and great value for money. A wide range of products, and when ordered the communication was quick with a mock-up of the design given within hours of placing the order. The turnaround from placing the order to receiving a beautiful personalised gift set was approximately 72 hours, so I'm extremely satisfied with all aspects of my shopping experience with Ballantynes of Walkerburn and cannot recommend them enough!”
