“I contacted Neil to check if he could engrave and deliver a piece in a VERY short time frame. Neil assured me it would be ok, so I placed the order and passed the order number to him. The item was being worked on that same day, and sent out the next. Great service, great quality of product. I have bought many pieces from Ballantynes and each and everyone of the highest standard. Would definitely recommend”

“Absolutely first class service, whisky glass engraved to a very high standard, extremely well packaged and shipped quickly. My only issue was that according to the website the buyer was to receive an email with tracking information when the order was shipped, I never received such an email, other than that a faultless service and a very happy customer. Highly recommended.”

“I had enquired about a presentation on the Saturday to collect on the Saturday as a last minute decision that had came my way. James managed to negotiate the whole process whilst on a train to England, i collected my presentation later that day engraved and packaged. This is a company that will go that bit further to make things happen. Will gladly be using for all future presentations.”
