“I ordered the Bronze resin Statuette of Soldier on patrol in Northern Ireland with 3 lines of engraving on a brass plate attached to the base, the site says you can have the statuette badged to a regiment of your choice, but there isn't an option space on the site to indicate what badge you want. Phone them and got straight through to a real person, explained the situation, he asked what I wanted, I told him what regiments badge I wanted, no problem he replied, I sent my order in via the website, I emailed them with a photo of my regiment's cap badge and about a week later it arrived by Parcelforce 24hr. Superb!!!”

“It is very hard to decide how to rate this experience because every aspect of the process, but for one, was great. It was easy to order, the tracking was great and the bottle I ordered arrived quickly. It was very well packed. The one downside was the cost of delivery, which was exorbitant at about 1.5 times that of the cost of the item I bought.”
