“Product good but delivered with incorrect base. To their credit the MD personally replied and offered an exchange but it was after the fact really. These are important occasions so please get it right, whatever the circumstances.”

“Great work, I sent my design idea at around five in the evening, by lunchtime the following day I got an email with the draft design. It was perfect. Three days later it arrived, intact ready to be gifted, there was no receipts or paperwork inside the wine box. So can be left sealed. Great for a leaving present from the team”

“I recently ordered some glasses with inscriptions and logos from Ballantynes of Walkerburn. I have to say that they (Izzy) were extremely helpful throughout out the process with suggestions for the logo and where to source different ones. The quality of the work was absolutely first class. I don't normally write reviews but having dealt with them on a few occasions recently I felt compelled to.”
