“This is the only company on the whole of the Internet that produces a mountain rescue statuette. The figure is first class and made to the highest standard. The service from Ballantyne's was excellent, keeping me up to date with developments. Great to have such service and quality products right on our doorstep. “Ordered engraved decanter and four tumblers with mixture of picture and written engraving. Good communication between company and myself over the design. From concept to delivery in about a week. Superb, professional engraving, good quality crystal and all beautifully packaged with excellent care and attention to detail over fragility of glassware. “This will be my second purchase from Ballantynes and the service is amazing. Shipments leave in a couple of days after ordering and the order usually arrives within 7 days after. Great products, great service. One question /suggestion, how about a Canadian Boer War figure? It would be in high demand in Canada. Infantry figure based on the numerous statues in Canada”

“Outstanding work as usual guys. I have used you 3-4 times now and the work is consistently excellent. If you haven’t already done so get an advertisement in soldier magazine. This will only aid with more publicity and sales. The military are constantly needing ‘leaving presentations’, ceremonial presentations etc. Thanks again.”
