“I have purchased several items from Ballantynes. I believe they provide exceptional value for money especially if you use their free engraving service. The turnaround time from placing an order to receiving the draft engraving proof to the final product being delivered is excellent. All the items I have received from Ballantynes have been particularly well packed. Every consignment has made it to me in perfect condition despite some external damage to the packaging. I highly recommend Ballantynes and will continue to order from them. Thank you. 😊”

“Everything from start to finish has been very smooth. I initially sent an email requesting if they could do a design on a class I was referred to their online booking system. Within one day of placing my design, I had the draft sent through to my email. I gave the thumbs up to proceed with the order, and it arrived well packaged and really well done within a few days. All in all, I highly recommend them.”
