“From the first phone call to receiving the beautifully crafted polished pewter eagle, Neil & James couldn't have been more helpful - especially as this was over the coronation weekend. The eagle itself is an outstanding piece of workmanship; far more detail than the online pictures are able to show, & the finish is superb. It arrived almost by return & was packaged so well, it would be almost impossible to damage in transit. Very impressed. In addition to the inscription on the eagle, I asked if they would mind making me a small replacement brass plate, with an inscription, to replace one that had fallen off decades ago during a posting. I found that at very short notice, this had been included in my order without any additional cost to me. Outstanding customer service & top notch craftsmsnship. Many thanks to Neil & James & their team.”

“This is the only King's Coronation Whisky I have seen. The service from Ballantynes has been magnificent. It was a really quick delivery and I was kept informed of the progress of the order. The bottle was well packaged and arrived intact. It is a lovely and the details of the commemoration are etched onto the bottle. It would have been even better, if the box also mentioned the Coronation, as that would have been provenance.”

“I was looking for some memorablia for King Charles III's Coronation and found the bottle of Bollinger Champagne, with the Coronation logo on it available at Ballantynes of Walkerburn. As I also have a collection of champagne bottles, I thought this would be a very suitable, and unique, addition to my collection. Ordering was easy on the website and payment was secure. I got an immediate confirmation of my order. Dispatch was a little slow, but when I contacted the company they explained that this bottle of champagne has proved very popular and they would be sending it out within a few days. As promised, the champagne arrived a couple of days later, securely wrapped and in excellent condition. I am very pleased with my purchase, the bottle looks fantastic and the contents were enjoyed over the Coronation weekend. The company provided a unique product and their service was excellent.”

“The Service was good and fast. As a buyer from Germany anyway I received my bottle after three weeks because - thanks to the big liar Boris Johnson - German customs wanted to benefit from the shipment with 30 €. As much as I would love to shop in England, with a €20 postage fee and €30 customs duty, post-Brexit shopping in England is no fun anymore. Nevertheless, I would like to thank you again for your service and wish you all the best”

“Just fantastic! My experience from order to delivery was just amazing. This is a wedding/officer training graduation gift for my fiancé and I think he will be in tears when he sees it! The day after I placed my order they emailed me with a mockup of the design. I approved the design and it was shipped and here in 2 weeks, which is fast for shipping to Canada! They used DHL, which was a good call because it was quick and easy through customs and actually arrived 2 days earlier than the expected date. I was afraid of the state they'd be in when they arrive, as usually glassware ends up broken in transit, but everything arrived without even a scratch. The packaging was so thorough and all items were covered in bubble wrap. Could not be happier with my shopping experience and I will absolutely order from them again!”
