“I was looking for a unique retirement present for my husband from the army and am absolutely delighted that we found it at Ballantynes. “Received both statues today of the driver. My connection to this statue is that I belong to the Royal Australian Corps of Transport (RACT) in Australia 🇦🇺 and have served over 38 years within the corps to date. The two statues that I received were packed to the highest level to ensure that they arrived in pristine condition. I have searched the internet for the driver and I have seen inferior copies but I was directed to Ballantynes of Walkerburn and found a statue that my family love. My family has served over 150 years in RACT and my nephew has joined the corps four years ago has asked for one.”
