“I purchased the wine glass and decanter (7 piece tray set) for a friend. On receipt she text me from the USA, from order to delivery was less than six days including the weekend. She was overwhelmed by the gift and could not say enough about the quality and the overall presentation having her name engraved on each item. I have been ordering primarily statues but mire recentky these wine sets from Ballantynes and have never received anything otger than top quality service and complete satisfaction from the recipients and myself. Five star service”
