“We saw the item of crystal we were looking for on their website. It was good to know the cost included the engraving, which also included a logo. I emailed them to verify the logo we wanted could be used and received an instant reply. The following day, we received a proof of the engraving we had requested, sent the confirmation back and we received the item in less than a week. Packaging was excellent and the gift box superb. The item is much better than expected and we would heartily recommend Ballantynes.”

The item exudes quality from its engraved brass plate, polished wooden base to the highly detailed figure on top. It’s sure to last many decades and would look great in any display cabinet.
