“Artwork agreed by e mail in a few days. Item supplied a few days later once payment had been cleared. Delighted to receive my decanter, it was exactly how I thought that it would look and it looks (to me anyhow) superb.”

“La sécurisation de l'envoi est vraiment top. La finesse de la sculpture est remarquable. Juste une petite remarque: il aurait mieux valu que le texte soit apposé au front du socle et pas sur le côté. Comme il est fixé sur le côté, pour qu'il soit visible, la statue doit être placée de profil ce qui cache à la fois la face et l'autre profil avec tous les détails.”

“I wanted to get a retirement gift for my husband that was unique to his 30 year police service. I provided the artwork and other requirements and James did the rest. One of the images was really unclear, so Jamie drew it by hand. The the end result of the decanter and glasses was absolutely awesome. My husband was over the moon. Would highly recommend for the service and the end product which was truly unique. If I could give it 6 stars I would!!”

“I received a great product. But the company didn?t meet the timelines I asked for before I ordered. Having said they could meet the deadline with no issues the item arrived two days late and. Caused an issue with getting it forwarded to the recipient. Sadly they also have not replied to my latest email where I expressed my disappointment.”
