“As previously Jack ensured arrangements were ideal and well communicated. Accommodation was perfect and transfers were efficient and professional. Will definitely use Balkan Escape again.”

“Takes the pain out of organising a holiday. Balkan Escape made various suggestions following my brief for our holiday. They issued detailed hotel descriptions and suggestions of trips whilst away. Hotels recommended met and exceeded our expectations. Transfers were all seamless. Would recommend Balkan Escapes if you have a busy life and want as simple process efficiently managed.”

“Jack listened to what we wanted. Everything went really smoothly including transfers. We chose the first hotel The Lemon Garden which was as amazing as it seemed. Balkan escapes suggested Splendida in Split. Obviously it’s a very different offering but it was very clean , in a great location and the staff were absolutely lovely.”

“This was our first experience of using Balkan Escape and have been very impressed with the service. From initial enquiry to putting the holiday together. Even the last minute change of hotel on our final leg was dealt with promptly. All transfers were prompt and helpful taxi drivers. Our only comment relates to our hotel at Lake Bled which appeared a little tired and the air conditioning in our room was broken, fortunately the weather was not too hot during our stay. We would certainly book through you again.”

Jack & the the rest of the team were helpful, knowledgable, speedy & made any changes to our itinerary thet we required. “The hotels were all nice although the one in Split was a little far out from the main attractions It is hard to choose a favourite location as they each had something different to offer. The itinerary suggestions you offered were also very useful and we did several of them. We would definetly use Balkan Escape again and have already recommended them to family.”

“We used Balkan Escape to organise our recent holiday to Croatia. After contacting three different holiday companies we found Balkan Escape to be not only the best for price but also service. Jack was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were given a variety of options for accommodation and all of the ones we chose were a great choice and as expected. They provided ideas for things to do at each place we stayed and some good local advice. We were also contacted by the company before we headed to the airport to advise us of a delay to our flight home. We really couldn’t fault anything and we would definitely use them again for future holidays.”

“I have used Balkan Escape, and in particular Jack Fleming, for the booking of my last 2 holidays. On both occasions, Jack provided a fantastic service. The quality of the hotels he chose for us was perfect. The hotels being of a high standard and great locations. “Balkan Escape fully met our expectations and we had an excellent holiday. The flight/ferry transfers were very good and the hotels were clean, comfortable, friendly and well situated. We were however disappointed by the standard of evening meals that were provided at Hotel Liberna in Korkula. We understand that half board there was inexpensive but we don't think it could be rated as 4 star. Also, at Hotel Cvita in Split, we arrived at about 9:30pm and were unable to get anything to eat and there was nowhere local as an alternative.”
