“The quality of the neckerchiefs was very good, however the delivery time was extremely extended. It appears that the goods are sourced from China, and they went into lockdown, I had to chase to find oiut why delivery wasn't made on time.”

Hi Kerie. Thank you for your review – it’s great to hear you are happy with the quality of the neckers. We make no secret of the fact we manufacture in China and, as you say, there was unfortunately a Covid lockdown in Shanghai that lasted for two months which affected the lead time. We did keep clients up to date as best we could once it was clear the lockdown was lasting longer than originally anticipated.

“Very slow service compared to other companies, your website says your own factory but as soon as the order was sent and paid for, you then come up with supply chain issues, this should have been made clear before an order is made!”

Hi Steven. The supply chain issues were with our neckerchiefs only and a result of a Covid lockdown in Shanghai that occurred after your order was placed and lasted for two months. We could not have foreseen this and we are aware of other companies who had similar unavoidable issues. We kept clients up to date as best we could once it was clear the lockdown was lasting longer than originally anticipated. In normal circumstances, we offer a lead time of 4 weeks which is industry standard.

“Chris, Lesley and their team are the most amazing company that produces embedded badges every year for me. They turn around 500 badges within 2 months of notice --- this is from artwork to the final product and delivered when required and never has been late. All the badges i have had have been loved by the people who get them and i can't give enough praise for the cost & service they have given to me over the years of using them., I would never go to another supplier as MBC does exactly what it says on the tin. Thank you so much TEAM MBC”
