“Usually very prompt with response and delivery. Had to check progress this time and had a very speedy apology for "human error" missing my order. Normal service was then resumed and items were delivered the next day! Usual excellent service highlighted the issue for me as I realised I hadn't had that service. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for your honesty.”
