“Neckers are of very good quality and well-stitched. Have had some from another supplier in the past and had to send several back due to poor workmanship. Is it necessary to pack each one individually in its own plastic bag? Perhaps consider something more environmentally friendly? Will certainly order again.”

“Fast response from initial enquiry to final product. However, the final badge was not as per the proof- some colour changes on the heart border. Have still used it as don’t want to waste 1000 badges.”

Hi Tina. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to see that a colour error where one of the blue hearts has been incorrectly weaved in orange has been missed in QC. In these rare instances we do offer to replace the badges in full but, as you say, it is a shame to waste 1000 badges and we are grateful you can accept them with the fault.
