“From the start, MBC were very friendly and very helpful, providing a draft version of the digitised badge and happy to modify it until we were satisfied (even when I kept adding new things to change!). The delivery was a few days before the deadline and the quality of the badges is good. They offer 30 day payment terms for uniformed groups. I will definitely be using them again.”

“Neckers ordered were as required and of good quality. Advice was given on delivery date and this date was beaten by an earlier delivery. The total time however from order to delivery does seem long, but comparable with other companies. I will be using MBC for other orders.”

“Very happy with the service so far. They worked with me to design a badge that would work and we were happy with. They also sent samples for me to assess what backing would work best for us and were helpful replying to my emails and queries. The only small issue I had was that the 4 week manufacture and delivery time was not communicated to me at the start of the process. However, I appreciate this was not really changeable. Overall very happy with the service and with the finished product received. It looks fantastic and we are very pleased.”

“Ordered my hard enamel badges a little later than I first intended, asking for the original deadline to be maintained, but the order was STILL delivered a full week ahead of schedule..! Well impressed! The quality is fantastic too: will certainly order from MBC again! Highly recommended!”
